It's very frustrating when it "reloads" back to an initial state, not where you left off. For example, leaving YouTube for even a few seconds means it will have to rebuffer everything (RIP data) at best, or it loads the app from scratch meaning I have to find that video again and then try to figure out where I was within it.
This is true of web page reloads as well since it's often not where you left off now that many web pages navigate all kinds of content on a single 'page' through some kind of web app(s).

I wanted to get ProTube but when I was finally going to get it, Apple removed it.
Just wonderful.
I kept my copy of 2.1 in several locations to make sure I didn't lose it. Now the the app had been removed from the App Store, I don't have to worry about inadvertantly updating it.
