Man, I HATE the Apple Watch repair depot.
A senior advisor at Apple authorized a replacement watch after submitting extensive evidence that my battery is failing even though it’s at 85% health. This took 5 hours of calls and days of gathering data.
I got the box on Friday night. Packed the watch up Sunday. Mailed on Monday. Apple opened the box at 10:30 Tuesday and mailed it back to me with
no action taken 90 minutes later.
I open the box today and immediately, there is a new hideous dent in the side of my watch that I get to pair with my still-failing battery. This is the second time the depot has damaged a watch, failed to replace my battery, and sent the newly damaged product back to me.
Excited to spend another several hours to try to get a real resolution now
