There it is 😁 wonder if Tim Cook reads macrumors 🤔😂

Do you still have the issue? It wasn’t clear based on you last update showing your battery percentage ticking down.
Battery percentage is moving at the moment 🙏 not keen on restarting my device lol, some people are reporting that they still have the issue on 15.0.1 😔

It is unfortunate that things like this happen. I know first hand how frustrating waiting for something like this to get fixed. It kind of takes the shine off the new toy a bit.

Nothing is ever perfect as much as that would be ideal. I swore I would not do the .0 release of an OS again, and look at me doing exactly that. There are some things about iOS 15 that drive me absolutely bonkers. But I can’t fault the hardware. Apple really brought it home with the iPhone 13 Pro Max and it’s insane battery life.

Yep, could be worse, at least we know if you don’t restart you device, you’ll be fine until a update is released to fix it.

Of course Tim cook reads macrumours, what kind of a CEO would he be if he didnt see whats going on in the biggest and most popular Apple based discussion forum on the internet?
Wonder if he can ship my phone a little bit earlier then, thanks Timmy, it’s the least you can do, since I found this pesky bug for you.

Phone is enough mate, no need for a reward as well. 😏😂

I charged the phone to full just now using the regular 20w AC adapter. I’ll post my battery results after some use tonight, hopefully fully charging it eliminates the glitch somehow…

Regardless I’m not returning the phone. 1 and done for me this year, my screen is as close to flawless as I’ll get in terms of uniformity, non-yellow tint, and even gray uniformity on lowest brightness setting in dark environments.

I made that mistake with the 12 Pro Max last year, with that weird startup glitch where the Apple logo would vanish and phone just booted to the main home screen. Returned a perfect screen and shouldn’t have. Not this year!

Those that have the issue what does the battery report look like?
When I had it, the usage graph was glitching big times, wasn’t updating the usage graph properly, sometimes it wouldn’t even update the usage time at all. 🤦‍♂️

It doesn’t 🤦‍♂️ Remember when mine was stuck on 70% charged it to 77% it ended up staying on 77% 🤦‍♂️

Curious about something. I do not have optimize charging enabled. If you have the issue, do you have optimize charging enabled?

I have optimised charging on all the time.
To earlier question about usage graphs, the graphs seemed completely wrong, screen time increases but better usage bar stays close to zero and didnt increase.

Did you try charging to 100%? Sorry if you already did that and I misread.
If the battery percentage is stuck, how do you know it reaches 100%? The battery percentage increases as it charges but does not decrease off the charger?

In my case it increased and charged normally when plugged in with AC adapter. Cautiously optimistic…
