@Boardiesboi your percentage dropping?
Just lost my first % 😅 never been happier to lose battery life. 😂

Me and @Boardiesboi had the same issue, restarted our devices, then battery percentage became stuck, wouldn’t go down, only way to get it to show correctly, was by restarting the phone every time, only restoring the device fixed the issue. 🤦‍♂️

DON’T!!!!!! restart your phone.

Same issue with my 8 Plus LOL :O I have so many UI issues :( ffs

Ok so I posted earlier in this thread that I noticed this problem with a restart from the settings menu. I had to erase and restore and it solved the problem. Received the 15.0.1 update and installed it and it rebooted for the update. Now battery meter is stuck again. I really don’t want to erase and restore again. What a pain! They need to fix this bug ASAP!!

You can pay a 1000$ for a phone but if the software that runs the phone is not worth a 1000$ dollars well your phone ain't worth anything xD :(

That sucks!

Was this the automatic reboot when it was installing 15.0.1? Or did you restart yourself after the phone has updated?

I’m grasping at straws but I’ll leave it on charge overnight and see if tomorrow it starts behaving normally.

At least it’s just a UI issue and the battery is just working as normal. Annoying but hopefully it’ll get resolved in 15.1.

I decided to try a hard reboot, because I’m a glutton for punishment. I have the glitch too, stayed at 81% while plugged into my car. Did a regular reboot and it was at 84%. It is staying at 84% now even while plugged into my car and charging haha. Definitely a very annoying software bug, this had better get fixed ASAP.

13 Pro Max on iOS 15.0.1.

Oh no :(
Seems like more and more people are getting this issue.

Macrumors needs to put a news article up about this. 🤦‍♂️
Certainly not using your thread title. Imagine the panic that would create.

Do you still have the issue? It wasn’t clear based on you last update showing your battery percentage ticking down.
