Probably an FPV Quadcopter or RC Quadcopter. I doubt this falls into the drone category which is reserved for unmanned automated flying craft.

On topic, I am for the first time in years, kind of excited to hear / see what Apple has going on this round. It may be because I am waiting to add a line to my service, and get myself a new phone, or possibly more.

Depends on if he had automated flight path capabilities. Push button, fly to X coordinates type of controls.

Nearly all of these "drone" videos are RC aircraft videos and not drones at all.

But if you don't know what it is, it's a drone I suppose. I'm no fan of the mislabeling because many people are getting angry about real drones and it is spilling over into regulating my RC Aircraft hobby.

I agree with the performance stage. Rumors are that U2 will be performing to hype the iP6. I'm not buying the rumor though, as to me at least, that would be incredibly gimmicky and Samesung'ish.

Besides, unless you're a hardcore fan of theirs, U2 hasn't exactly been relevant in the past 20 years. (Bono can't even sing anymore.)

I think we have a winner. This type of demo wouldn't be one that would work well on a stage. Seeing a good store mockup in that building could really help to sell this.
