Resolved Dual Monitors on a Mid 2011 Mini?

I've done some cursory googling and have searched here a tad bit, but have gotten myself easily confused as to whether or not I can connect a second monitor (Asus VH222H) to my Mini via a MiniDisplayPort to HDMI adapter?? (my main monitor, a Dell S2715H occupies the mini's sole HDMI port ATM)

Absolutely! The mini can drive two 1080p monitors without any issue. A miniDP to HDMI adapter will work wonderfully for you.
