If you go freely between the two of them then it’s worth waiting to see what the S10 brings. I do prefer iOS but android is fine and yes they copy each other it’s not a big deal.

Also Apple are taking advantage of Brexit. I still buy Apple devices but I don’t have to like the post brexit vote pricing.

Do you believe Samsung will not increase prices with the s10 next year?

When they do, will you also state that Samsung is taking advantage of brexit prices?

If they increase their prices I will comment on it and moan if it’s too high. However after Brexit Apple quickly increased the prices of all their products, even older ones. Everything got more expensive. I didn’t really see other companies doing this. I don’t think Samsung raising their prices next year will have much to do with Brexit. I think it will be partly due to them trying to price their products in the same way as Apple do and perhaps the in screen FPS but probably more of the former.

I’m due an upgrade now on my iPhone 7. I can afford the XS / R but alarm bells are going off in my head and that little voice is telling me not to do it.

It’s about the damn cost, wasting that money on a phone, no phone is worth £1000+ but that’s just my opinion. Add to that I get the feeling Apple has turned to greed, it’s all about money and profits now.

So I have this battle going on in my head, did anyone else suffer this? I’m also on a great plan which I’ll lose if I upgrade, unlimited calls and sms, 6gb data for £21 pm

Yes it's always about money and profits. That's why private business exits in the colonies. Their number one responsibility is to shareholders.
