There are plenty of ways to protect yourself as long as you follow strict guidelines and don't make any concessions on said terms.
Just called them they actually answered this time and said they are working on ones from 9/27 and 9/28 at the moments and they work weekends so I should get an update tonight or tomorrow.
Mine is very similar. I sold an iPhone 4S to them. I shipped it on Monday, September 25 and FedEx delivered it on Friday, September 28. My status page still shows that they are waiting to receive it. It has been a week! I tried emailing them on Tuesday or Wednesday (I can't remember) and I have heard nothing back. I'm sure they are swamped, but this is unacceptable.
Agreed that's exactly the time table for when I sent mine, I understand they are busy but come on. Anyway if the lady I talked to was correct we should get an update tomorrow at the latest.

I was asking myself the same question, but sometimes if you send in the original box with accy's they give you more, but it is strange to read at first.
They quoted me more for the 16gb b4 they even got my phones. I think they were slow lowering the 16gb price. And when they got both phones they made both of them "like new" up from the "good" I selected.

Not me but my mother sent one same day, same time, same drop off box, and she got an email that they are now reviewing hers so should be soon I hope.
Anyone heard anything? I shipped two, about a week apart. Got payment for the first but I sent the other a few days before the 1st cutoff and they received it. It's been a week, I emailed them and no response. Tried calling yesterday but kept asking to leave message after 10 minute hold. Ended up leaving a message this morning but still no email.
Ok my mother just told me she got her money and everything is done. Mine is still not being evaluated yet. Not sure why she got hers evaluated a day before mine when we both shipped same time same place, in fact mine was delivered and signed for first. Whatever at least I know they pay now just very slowly and with inadequate communication.
They offered me $400 four weeks ago.

Probably demand for 16 is higher, so they pay more.
Thanks for posting this. According to fedex tracking they got my phone on Tuesday and I haven't heard anything. Even though I know it will take some time for them to evaluate it, I was expecting a faster "we have have received your phone" email.
