Just to update you all, I got an email saying they received mine Saturday (10/6) morning and indicating that they would determine how much I would get and issue my payment within seven days. Only a few hours later they sent me an email notifying me of payment and I got the Paypal email informing me a receipt of payment. So definitely faster than the seven days, but the waiting from when FedEx delivered was a pain.

Just received an email saying they are looking at my device, Mine was delivered to them on the 2nd.. Hoping to get $ soon.
This is BS. I called ebay customer support since there is no any update after two weeks from the time I shipped my phone. Ebay customer support said they know nothing about the instant sale and they have no control of it.
Mine was delivered the 1st. They emailed to say they received it this afternoon, and my money was deposited this evening. I was worried they'd find a reason not to give me the full amount, but I'm a happy camper.
They gave me a quote of $205 for my 4S 16GB white AT&T (I sold it on Craigslist). The prices they offer aren't the best but it's a good option for risk adverse folks or someone that can easily be taken advantage of. There are other places that offer more money. Gazelle seems to flip them for about $100 over purchase price.
I called yesterday. The woman on the phone was very nice. She confirmed that they did receive my phone on the 4th. I said I was concerned because I hadn't gotten an email confirming they received my phone. She apologized and said they had a glitch in their system with the receipt confirmation email not being generated.
She also said they had such a large number of phones with a "ship by Oct 1" date that they were behind. They hoped to have everyone evaluated within 7 days, but it might take a few days longer.

Received the email they were looking at my device yesterday at 3pm central, full payment was sitting in my Paypal account this morning! Would definitely use this service again.

Hah I sent my pristine condition iPhone 4 - 16gb AT&T model in and they told me there's dead pixels and there are bright spots on the screen. I think I got scammed. Probably harvested my parts. Wonder if I'll actually get my phone back? I was quoted $200 and they told me it was worth $105. I said send it back.
This phone had a case / screen protectors on it the whole time and I inspected it very well. Only thing wrong with it was the home button didn't double click properly occasionally like pretty much every ip4.
Had a coworker send in a completely water damaged broken 16gb 4 and was quoted $130 and they said they are giving him $185. Go figure? 2 other co-workers who shipped a week before me all got $200 like they were quoted.
I sent them 2 phones last week. One phone made it and the other phone has been sitting at FedEx since 10/11. I'm on the phone with CE right now. Hope I didn't get got for one of the phones. One had a shattered glass and the other was fully functional. The one that is fully functional is the one that didn't make it
Well, I guess I'm in the minority, they said my phone's vibrate function did not work. Obviously it does or I'd sent it to apple since it's still under applecare. They offered me $38.

I've had good luck with Instant Sale in the past. Sold my 3GS through there a couple years back and got the full amount that I was quoted. I sent my iPhone 4 32gb AT&T model in this time and got the full $200 as well. Transferred the money from paypal to my bank account without any issue.
For those that are still waiting - be patient. It took a good 2 1/2 - 3 weeks from sending mine in to get paid.

I'm pretty sure they're overwhelmed now so that timeline sounds about right. They actually got both of my phones last week. One is currently under review and the other one will be processed sometime soon.

Took a little longer than expected, but worked out in the end. Received the full amount of $235 for 32GB ATT iPhone 4

Quoting myself for reference. I got my phone back (same serial, no new scratches or anything suspicious) and when I put it in the charger the vibrate, as expected, worked. What a waste of time, I don't know what they were smokin' over there but I think I'm going to keep the phone in the family.
This is ridiculous that I sent in 2 packages on the same day and both were received on the same day, but only one has been processed. They were delivered on the 11th. I called 4 times last week and each time was given a bs response that I should see the money in the next 24-48 hours and it didn't happen. Now I'm about to call and demand a resolution. I've been more than patient
