eBay instant sale sucks. Be careful if you decline their offer they send your phone back USPS and uninsured without requiring a signature. That being said it leaves room for alot of headaches in the future if something happens. This company doesn't like to stand behind their service and goes by the fact once they ship the item it is no longer their responsibility. Very poor business practice to not insure a $500 retail item when returning them to customers. I will not be using them again.
