Q: Where is my order, i already paid?
A: We are currently working around the clock to ship out all orders and are hoping to have all back-ordered orders shipped out by mid-August.
Q: How do I order a Vapor Case? How long does it take?
A: Go to the Vapor Products page and register to Pre Order your case. This saves your place in line. When your turn to comes up, we will email you instructions and a link to our shopping cart. At that time you can choose your colors and order your case. From there, it will take 1 to three weeks to receive your case. If you have not received an email, do not hesitate, you will receive one soon.
Q: Why is the carbon-fiber attached with adhesive?
A: By not capturing the carbon fiber in the case, it keeps the case as thin as possible.
Also, special adhesive is used that is removable. We did this so you can use the case with or without the carbon plate. And to be interchangable with new clear and white back plate coming soon. Just keep the adhesive clean and you can reuse it as many times as you like. New back plates are coming soon!
Q: Is the Vapor Case available in stores?
A: Not at this time.
Q: Did my order ship?
A: If you didn't receive an email notifying you that your order was shipped, then no, it hasn't shipped.
Q: Will the vapor case work with my earphones/ charger:
A: Due to the ultra-slim design, we can not guarantee that it will fit with third party chargers or earphones.
Q: Does the Vapor have a Flip lid like the Liquid case?
A: No.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We ship to 178 countries outside the USA. A: We are only accept international orders using PayPal.
Q: When will the Vapor Cases ship?
A: Early pre-orders will begin shipping mid-July through mid August.
Q: Are you sold out for July and August?
A: We are sold out of the first July production run and most of August, however you if register now you might still have a chance!
Q: When will new colors be available?

Q: When do I choose my colors?
A: After you place a pre-order, you will receive an email explaining how to place your order. At that time you can make your final color choice.
Q: Can I buy the Vapor with no laser engraved logos?
A: Not at this time however you may request it in the comment section while checking out.
Q: What is anodizing?
A: An electrolytic passivation process that adds a hard layer of oxide for color and abrasion protection.
Q: What is Carbon Fiber?
A: A carbon-based composite material that is strong, light, and very expensive. It's normally used in the aerospace industry as well as in motor sports. On the Vapor, it's used to protect the back of the iPhone while only adding a few grams of weight. And it looks trick!
Q: Will the Vapor case protect my iPhone?
A: Any case will protect your iPhone from some things, but no case can protect your iPhone from everything.
Q: Will the Vapor case improve my signal?
A: It may or it may not. We don't make claims that it does.
Q: When will custom engraving be available?
A: Late September.
Q: How much does the case weigh?
A: Around 23 grams..
Q: Will I be able to buy replacement parts or upgrade to new colors later?
A: Yes, all parts will be available in August along with new colors and finishes.
Q: How can I become an authorized Element Case Dealer?
A: We are currently evaluating our reseller and distribution program. Please visit our dealer page and tell us a little about your company or store and we will get back to you.
Q: Why hasn't my email question been responded to?
A: Due to the overwhelming number or emails we have received, it is not possible to respond to them all. If you still have questions, please try again at:vapor@elementcase.com.
Q: What is the warranty?
A: We have a full replacement warranty against any manufacturing defect.
Q: What is your guarantee?
A: We have a full money back guaranty as long as you arrange shipping back to us and the Vapor is in new condition when we receive it.
Q: Can I call you day and night and ask you when my Vapor case will be shipped or if it has been shipped?
