Element Vapor Case

I'm pretty sure it was 10 days. I find that the standard time for getting anything from the US via USPS is always about 1o days.
did you guys get a tracking number before you received ur cases? I was told mine would go out on Monday but I haven't got anything except a status update to "Awaiting Shipping"..
Not sure why, but 1st go around "NO" tracking# info, etc. But the 2nd go around I received an email w/USPS tracking# info. That same day it shipped - granted hours apart. The email was sent directly from vapor@elementcase.com. Something else weird, that specific order remained "Awaiting Fulfillment" for 1 week, then it changed to "Awaiting Shipment" to Shipped to finally Arriving all w/in 3 days!
Go figure no one can figure out Elements processes, you may have a better chance of hitting the Lotto!

To be honest I'm glad the knockoffs are flooding eBay, because now i should be able to get my hands on one. Element case has been rubbish with customer orders. I had no problem giving my money to element case for a good product, but they have taken so long and have now missed out on my money.
And these Chinese knockoffs are probs the place where element are getting the cases made.
Ebay could care less. There are even karas kustoms cases listed as Element. vapor silver cases. $149 for those ugly things when you can buy from manufacturer for $39.
The guy selling even has feedback showing someone paid $149!
I think he means that he's surprised that eBay allows these known clones to be listed. Typically, eBay pulls listings of knock off products. But I think that's only with products or designs that are patented, which I'm sure Element was too lazy to obtain. And with as much as I despise that company, I'm kind of glad they've been cloned.
They depend on the community to report fakes, there is a report button on the listing page.
i can't find the fakes tho. I want to see them!
I have filed reports almost a week ago. Ebay probably doesn't have enough staff to review these . All I got was an automated email response.
Just go to element vapor cases and go to the buy it now section, and you will see the listings by pootoshop for red cases from Hong Kong.
i have bought the element case balck and red, delivered 10 days ago and i don't like it very much
it is not bad but in the hand it feels strange probably too large and there is the problem that only the iphone 4 slim cherger work, so the old car cherger etc doesn't work

The kicker is he is showing all these on eBay for sale. But according to his feedback he hasn't sold any yet. This dude is in a bit of a shock if he just now is trying to get in on the craze.

Does Elementcase have a trademark on the name "Vapor 4"? If not, it might not be a trademark violation as long as the "knock offs" don't use the name ElementCase (I believe Element has a trademark on the company name).

Considering how some people here on this very forum were bragging about spending several thousands of dollars on cases that they then in turn flipped on eBay for several hundred per case, he isn't the only one.
What I find funny is the people that have had many issues with Element were mainly those that were ordering more than two or someone ordering out of the US. These are the same folks who bragged about ordering seven or eight cases at a time then to turn around and bash it before they even get it.
Now, I'm not saying Element is a great customer service based company or even remotely defending their obvious lack of simple business strategies and definitely apparent lack of e-mail. Same way I'm not defending the fact that the case obviously has problems (my cell reception is fine but my GPS is terrible).
Just pointing out that while it is true that Element got bombarded with orders, first several batches of orders were from people who ordered significantly more than they needed to purposely sell them on eBay.
While it is obviously their right as a consumer to order as many as they want and I could care less about that aspect since I feel people are stupid to pay 300 for one of these, I find it absolutely absurd that these same people then get upset that a company who sells products for personal use (not wholesale) is then bashed for their inability to fulfill such outrageous requests from not only the initial ordering group, but subsequent groups as well.
Again, I do think Element needs a lesson in customer service and most definitely started selling cases prematurely, I don't blame them entirely for the huge nonsense that is occuring with these cases both on eBay and then on the forums as well. Isn't this the reason the other thread was closed?
I will help out Rooskibar03 since I have the pictures handy. Here are some of my own AR15 pics, I have 1 new one and the one I had on my phone and I am selling them both. But here are the pics you wanted. Your welcome Rooskibar03, just kidding man.

Thank you sir. I really liked the look and feel of the AR. It was the only Vapor case I used, even if it was for about 3 hours.
I just totally hated the feeling of not knowing if a call was going to voicemail or a text not coming through. If the signal is strong there are no issues with the case. I had perfect GPS lock and BT was unaffected. But there are so many holes in ATT coverage around here I didn't like risking it. I also would have to take it off at home for my phone to work, or break down and buy a micro-cell. I guess if I'd stop buying cases I'd have money to spring for MC.
I want to keep it, but at the same time I think I'd like to have 2 of the Hybrids to mix and match. Seems like the matte finish of that case might resemble the AR texture.
