Here's a first!
So as you know, afters UFS's email exchange I emailed Element asking them to cancel my order from the 17th and refund my money.
The order, which had been sitting waiting instantly went to Awaiting Shipping status. Where is has stayed for the last couple days.
Today there is a little box in the mail with the Nickel case and my Silver/Blue.
Order status on the Element site has still not changed..
Interesting to say the least. Now only one case left (AR-15) to ship and I'm done.

. I sent it back right away and emailed them. They got back to me email pronto and sent out the right ones the same day.! they arrived today, and wow these are nice! I ordered the luckylabs spectre wrap last week and did ONE around the whole edge, and ANOTHER cut in half(right down the middle)so it extended onto the outside covering all the metal iphone's edges. I installed it, and it fits like a glove. I saw 1 bar drop(2 max) but ill wait a few days and report again. SO far, siganl(wifi and 3g) are about the same. I think cust. service has definitely improved. props to element
