What was wrong with the reply of lorenwade that you felt you needed to bump this?
The fact that I don't want to get it exchanged since I already put a Steinheil full body kit on it.
I got a shipping notice a week ago and like most no actual movement of a package yet. I emailed 3 times and finally got a response about 3 days later, followed by another one a day after that:
"The following e-mail is generated when we print out labels.* We are printing labels about 7 days in advance, so your order should be shipping out this coming week."
And
"John,

We are just currently waiting for the silver*frame*to be in stockand then we can ship out.* We expect to have consistent silver inventory levels within the next two weeks.* I would anticipate*your case should ship within the next 2 weeks assuming no issues with supply.

Feel free to contact us if you have any further questions."

Seriously? Wow. Honestly, this isn't a vapor case topic as it is more of a general iPhone topic about your buttons being loose. If you're so concerned about them, you should have the phone looked at. If the fact that you already have a full body kit on it outweighs that, then why are you still concerned about the buttons? I'm just trying to understand.
Because I want to get a vapor case but i want to know if anyone nice and smart has some good DIY project to secure the buttons which would actually help me.

And it's very difficult to put those stickers on, it took me 5 minutes total for everything.
Wouldn't get pissed just yet. It's taking a long time to get orders out. I paid on July 3rd and still don't have a tracking #. Yeah, I'm serious.
That sucks, and it's a day earlier than my order that I have already returned.
Hahaha. That's about how long it took me to do my Wrapsol, but I've had experience with these thigns. *shrug*
That's crazy, I didn't even know of the Element Vapor until the 4th or 5th and ordered on the 9th of July. What color did ya order W/R?
I ordered Black/Black & Black/ Pink for the girlfriend. ( Those were the only two options they had at the time) I would liked to have had more options. As you can imagine I'm a little steamed to see all of these pics of great colours out there that I couldn't even buy at the time and I don't even have my cases of the only two colours that were available to order. I tried to change colour via email but was told it would take more time. Yet I see Black/ Silver ( The colour I wanted ) already in the wild. I Pre ordered July 01 and paid July 03. I got an email on Aug 11 saying that it had shipped and another email saying it shipped on the 18th. Goes along with the email johnnybegood got saying that they ship a week after letting you think it shipped. I place about 25-35 orders a year form different companies in the States
and have never ran in too this kind of BS from anyone before. If these guys made any attempt to keep customers in the loop and could say we are sorry, we effed up! I think they would have kept a lot of us as
customers . I really wanted to like this case and Element but they have killed any chance of that. I'm over the 45 day paypal dispute so I can't even kill this deal. I can't imagine the fun I would have sending it
back for a refund.The refund I have coming for the carbon fibre back plates cancellation still hasn't hit my PayPal acc and they said they returned it over a week ago.
The good news is Larrygreenburg and his pals have been using the the case for a while now and are going to post their follow up review of the vapor 4 this coming week on youtube so watch for that. Larry has been great at keeping us informed on the Vapor 4 so I have to give him big props for that. Plus he gives a very balanced review of different devices so I would suggest subscribing to his channel. He seems to be one of the few reviewers that I actually learn something from.

This is ugly indeed, I can't imagine EC not stepping up to totally fix this fiasco. I to am lOOking forward to Larry Greenberg's next installment on the Vapor, he's amazing

EC has 5 days to get me this damn case....5 days before my wedding...can they do it??? probably not
OK, I'll admit I haven't read through the 38 pages in the thread but, I've gotta ask. Are you saying you can't get married without this case?
of course I can get married without it...but its supposed to have been shipped over a week ago and I go on honeymoon after my wedding and if it just sits at the post office for more than a week it will get sent back to elementcase or if they decide to just leave it on my doorstep it could possibly sit there for 2 weeks and lord knows what can happen then.
