Well personally I have used two of the three and I would stay away from the vapor but I personally like my atomic but that raw is just tough looking. It might be worth spending 45 bucks on. Plus, you can never have to many cases.

Well my account as gone from "Awaiting fulfilment" to shipped so hopefully fingers crossed should have it soon.
Now that fusion case does look nice. However the problem area of the antenna is still exposed so I assume it will still be possible to bridge it, depending on how you hold it. Also although the lower area has more space for a dock connection. However I've found there is as much an issue with the width of the case cmy 3G had a case that would connect, however the back was a tad too thick and pushed it forward. This put pressure on the dock connector. As a result I had to take the case off to put it on the dock. An inconvenience yes, however it was a really nice case.
been running a vapor for a month now - works fine - every now and then i will find internet slow but no dropped calls - ordered an atomic and would be happy to do a pic review here and test the antennas when it gets here and non one has given me a thing - paid straight retail price for both units...
the best thing I like about the vapor is the look and feel of metal. It just feels much more like an "instrument" than a toy in your hands...

Hi, i came from Germany, my Order #7800 ordered on September 2nd.
I was the first person to order a AR15-V with Carbon.
232 will be available, you have order a AR15-V,too? Your order is 8420?? 620 Order later?
My order 7800 (AV15 R) is shipping on September 14nd.
My order 7628 (Vapor Yellow) is coming yesterday.
So you ordered the AR15-V with the Carbon Back? I'm curious if the carbon piece is different than the regular version (since they claimed only 25 carbon backs were made for the extreme metals series)
Also my order status now says "Shipped"....group #5. Seven days ago I got this "A package was shipped to you on 09/08/2010 via U.S. Postal Service.." from shipping@elementcase.com but the Order Status was stuck in "Awaiting Shipment". Today it got updated to "Shipped" but I didn't get any new emails from them.
Oh yeah I don't know what to believe anymore.
I'm more concern about the power button (just like the Alumacase case)...it looks like you would need to dig in with your nail or your little finger to use it

Only metal case design I like. Definitely, putting myself on the pre-order list.
I really like the Fusion Raw. I've been on the Fusion Sabre pre-order list for almost a month now (Fusionwerkz was mentioned in this thread way back), but I'm really liking this "Raw" better. Looks like it allows for the antennas to be exposed, but at the same time not accessible by touch (meaning fingertips can't get down to the edges of the case to bridge the antennas and cause the problems associated with that).
I like the fuzion raw aswell. I think the only thing they should do is not cut out the top. they should leave the top set up like the other case they make with the sleep/awake button and leave the sides and bottom cut out. I am on my four vapor and will for sure order a RAW when I get my preorder.
When i got the "Shipped" E mail my AR15-V had been delivered. I'd look for it today.
Well guys I am giving up on ElementCase after seeing the AlumaCase. I still like their case a lot, I appreciate their work after what the owner of AlumaCase said about engineering and making the case itself but they seem not to be ready about a thing like this. It seems to me like they don't want to fix the problems or hear out the costumers. The owner of AlumaCase registered here, on the forums and he is notifying us of every step. He even did a video and released a video on demand of the members. What does that tell you about their costumer service?!?

We need to really look at the Fuzionwerks stuff also. These guys are super cool and really do have a nice product. I have been talking with them through email. (yes, they reply- normally within 5 minutes). They have answered several of my questions and have taken many of the faults that Element had/has and applied them to how not to do business. Their newest case the "RAW" looks like it will totally avoid any signal issues that the Vapor has. He said they would have new pictures up by next week of some cases.
Their response time and honesty sold me. See ya Vapor

This dam thread has turned me in a frigging case junkie! ( ding-dong) as I'm typing this Fedex just showed up with my new Innocase rugged combo. SEE WHAT I MEAN! seriously, that just happened! ( I'm not kidding ) I'm on the pre-order list with fusion for their Raw & Sabre case. ( Group A ) 45.00 & 50.00 not bad at all. I'm following Alumacase on twitter and I've order a Atomic Brushed/Black just so i can compare it to the Element Vapor case which I just sold on Ebay. Not to mention the order I put in last week for a Black Exogear Battery case because I can't make it till 5 O'clock on one charge.
Somebody please start a Case support group thread so I can cry a little and not feel bad about myself. Is there anything I've missed? Is there some other metal case combo that has missed my attention?
I'm going go soak my head for awhile, cheers............after I open the Innocase of course..........help!

Funny, I thought I was the only one....... I have already had three Vapors and I am ordering a Fuzion RAW next.
Heck. I have my fourth vapor suppose to show up any time from group 5 orders.
I have noticed that each vapor case has carried a different signal. The last one had I got bad signals with the Lucky Labs on and the Carbon back plate. I took the lucky labs off and the carbon back off and used it as it was out of the box with no back plate and got a better signal the other were the opposite effect none being the same. the others I had a Lucky Labs on and they all varied in the same spots.
I quess it will go to ebay.

See if they will submit a case sample to GearDiary/Larry Greenberg for review testing -- if not, zero credibility, imo.

W/R Case-Junkie I'm soooo surprised that you sold your Vapor 4 case, after all we / you've been though in acquiring the Vapor. I understand not having more cases on-hand that are needed. I'm making an exception with the Vapor
