can't do it, it's not for me :D it's too squarish... Plus I think i will feel uncomfortable holding the phone with that case one. AlumaCase, it' up to you now :D

I just looked at the pics again of the Fusion raw and sabre. I gotta say I like em more every time I see em. I'm looking forward to seeing the pics of the product line once it launches. I'm not wild about the top of the case being cut out but you can't have it all. I think these guys have really improved on the Element design. Looks like you can use more than just the crappy apple earphones with them.
So my point is, just like the dam case!!!:D

Sorry, hate to say this again but I'm really digging this Innocase combo kit. I'm pretty sure I could throw it off the roof and only end up hurting my grass.

The only thing I have against the Fusion Raw is that it states that it's a closed back design, meaning that there is aluminum that spans the back, covering the back glass (like the ExoVaults I linked to). This sounds good initially, but the more I think about it, I think it's a bad idea. The aluminum is probably very thin, to keep the case thin (and costs down). Thus, in a potential drop, the thin aluminum back could dent (inward, obviously). What would a hard metal do to a glass back when being dented in hard against it?? Shatter it. I'd rather the Fusion Raw have been a bumper design, instead of a full case with a back.

I'm thinking the same.
But There's good new!
This was from twitter:mad:fusionwerkz
"I forgot to mention a couple of changes , top and bot of case will have less depth and there are two versions of the rear (open and closed)"...
It's gonna be tough choosing a case this time around ;-) with quite a few manufacturers wanting our $

I've had my Vapor 4 for a couple days. No signal problems. I love it! :)

Lol. Good case, huh? :D And yes, I seriously think you could chuck the iPhone down the road in this case and not hurt it one bit. The ONLY way I see to hurt the phone in this case is a sharp, direct impact to the screen, but that's the vulnerability with any case that doesn't have a hard cover over the screen. I meant it in my review when I said it's almost bulletproof!

Didn't you hear?No one cares about the Vapor anymore, thats soooooo last week.
We're all about Fusion, Alumacase and Atomic now. Get with the program. That thing should be on Ebay already!

Just joking, That's a real nice looking colour combo. How long did it take to get it from paying for it to getting it to your door?

The Vapor is still by far the best looking of them all. :(

I did register for the Fusion Raw tho. :D

Hey Sophialee,

You are right. The Element case looks great. If a person didn't need to make so many adjustments to own one than we really wouldn't need to shop elsewhere. oh, and the piss poor customer service. I'd love to buy one of the Nickel cases from them but I hate the though of giving these yahoo's my money again and waiting God knows how long to get it. My Black/Black didn't have any signal problems and was a very well made case. They need to rethink the design a little to accommodate different headphones and chargers but based on how fast these guys move I doubt we will see that anytime soon.

I ordered it on the 2nd and it was shipped on the 8th. I got it on the 14th, but it might have been sitting in the mailbox for a few days.

Wow. Less that two weeks. Maybe if mine wasn't two months in getting to me I wouldnt be so jaded. Ah,well. Maybe I will give them another shot someday.

i wonder if anybody with a Vapor case or Atomic case willing to try to paint the inside of the case with clear nail polish instead of taping up the phone itself?
this would be less bulky and provide a complete insulation.
(yes it wont be durable, but this would be a good test if the case's contact has anything to do with the reception)...
if this proves to be a non-issue then the aluminum itself would be the physical barrier that causing the reception degradation...

Fuzionwerks said they were offering the RAW case with the "open" style and "closed" style. The closed it what is on their website and the "open" style will have no back. It would be the same on back as the front.

That might work then. I'd rather have an open back in this style case made out of aluminum than a solid back.
