This sucks!!! Stupid UPS
Got a empty box delivered today..
Already talked to UPS and APPLE..
Apple Sending new phone but now i gotta wait..

But I am Happy with Apple customer service!!!

you didn't feel an empty box when UPS handed it to you?
 
You couldn't tell it was empty? Do you have pics? I find this suspect.
 
That's why I don't pre-order online. Too risky imo, people at UPS know millions of iPhones are coming thru today, a few frustrated workers are bound to snatch one. Then again, I'm not ordering one until January though.
 
Make sure Apple or someone files a claim with UPS. They should be able to track who stole it if it was the driver. My dad works for UPS and they have had this happen before with a T-Mobile phone that I can think of. If the driver did it that was incredibly stupid and he shouldn't have delivered a light box and should have said something about it.

I mean, unless it was a total fluke of the packaging but I find that really odd.

i will be video taping my un boxing from when i take of the clear plastic till the phone is visible just in case! least that will hold up in court haha
 
btw, i was waiting for one of these threads to start. every year there's always some like it.

i wont get mine until Oct 5, it better have a damn iPhone in it.
 
And Apple is quick to offer you another one right away free of charge? I'm just curious do they track the stolen phone? brick it or what?
