They are simply throwing everything at the wall to see what sticks, by filing every manner of lawsuit imaginable to any judge whom they think will hear their case, in the hope that they will find one sympathetic to their cause.

Hmmm. Reminds me of all of the 2020 election fraud cases.

The only way you can find him is the same way his Apple Maps got you places - wrong ways on one ways, time predictions way off, and lack of a lot of addresses and businesses.

if only they had attached an airtag to him...
Or provided his Facebook name - you know Facebook would have lots of tracking data that would let Epic find Forstall (assuming of course he used Facebook). And Facebook is pissed at Apple as well - it could be a match made in hell.

It's Apple and Tim Cook fault for not improving the policy of app store. That's why Apple board of directors needs to rehire Scott Forstall which knows how to repair the problem.

Tim Cook is a bean counter and his leadership skill doesn't include new product innovation.
Hey, you said innovation. Great buzzword.

And how the heck is Scott to do with this case considering he left Apple years and years before this fight between them

i swear Epic disgusts me

Let's just blame this on Steve Jobs and Scott Forstall, since blame is being thrown around.

Actually, Forstall would sink Apple.

I would posit, the above doesn't really matter. Whether one believes Mr. Cook has innovated or not, Apple is worth $2T, they have over 1B active devices, last quarters revenue was a block buster, they sold more phones than Samsung. So it's really not relevant if one believes Mr. Cooks contribution does not include product innovation.

My assumption is Scott doesn’t want to be part of this drama at all. I think leaving Apple emotionally hurt him to the point he left the technology industry in general and choose do something entirely different. This is just gonna wake up difficult memories for him. Do better than that Epic.
I think that's the point. Epic want to bring back old, bad, traumatic memories so Forstall lashes out against Apple. I can see it now, questions like "And how did it make you feel when Apple did this or that?" "Did this or that inflict personal pain to you?" "Do you want to seek revenge on Apple for making you feel this way?" They will use psychology tactics to warp his testimony into a false perspective of how Apple is such a monster.

Asking those questions would be a terrible idea, as if he answered in the way you are suggesting, anything negative that he says about Apple will be discounted because of bias.

I wonder how much money Epic has lost? Why wouldn't they just do the 30% and get back in the store? It's the cost of doing business with Apple users. Raise the price 30% and put your stuff back in the store. Apple has had this in place for a long time.
This isn’t about Epic needing to pay Apple 30%. Epic wants their own AppStore on iOS and be the one charging other developers a certain percentage. That’s their one and only goal, they don’t care about the 30%.

I doubt he'll side with Apple management that stabbed him in the back so maybe they'll generously pay him under the table to keep him silent.

Once again, he’s a stockholder.
Defending Apple will help him make more money in the long run.

Ohh depending of Scotts attitude, this might be the FINISH Apple! move with FATALITY. I hope Scott is still pissed of...
I bet Apple will try to influence him with $$$
What part of “ Scott is still an Apple shareholder” do you people not get.
On top of that, these App Store policies were first implemented in 2008, when he was part of the company. If Apple were to lose this case, not only would it affect their stock price, but it also could reflect badly on Scott himself.
Apple losing would be a loss for everyone involved with iOS.
