Come on Apple! We want a new band!!!

What if it is a crazy Pride leather link with each “pill” a different color?

I don't think we're getting new bands. So, I guess Apple's just going to double down on last year's braided and put stickers up in their store windows or something?

2020 Nike Pride Sport Band took almost 2 weeks to come to me, it would suck if they would present 2022 Pride bands next month only for them to be effectively available at mid/end of June. They would miss the Pride month almost completely and it would be a total turn off for me. I need it on my wrist on the 1st of June!

Feels like the newer logic of “wear it all June” has been replaced with “we need a summer band to drive traffic” OR supply chain has pushed it back one week.

Agreed. Pride bands should be released mid May at the latest. If they aren't released until WWDC on June 6th, it would essentially be too late for me - Los Angeles Pride weekend is June 10-12. Bummer.

This band finally arrived last week. First Apple Nylon band for me and first time on my wrist today.
Man are these comfortable. Kind of makes me wonder why I never got one before. Probably because of their goofy narrow look.
But they are so much more comfortable than Hermès Jumping Tour.

Could this dead link be a sign of something?

Edit: Link is now working; not sure what was up with that.

I had convinced myself it was going to be released last Monday and kept refreshing the page all day. Still hoping for it in May, WWDC is way too late for it as you said.

It's such a shame that these bands are so rarely seen. I haven't seen one while shopping or anywhere in town. They look so good with the completely different closure.
The band being sold for $150 and only available for the 38/40/41mm watch could explain why it isn't more commonplace.

So, I managed to score the clasp side of a 40mm 2020 Nike Pride Sport Band for $10, thinking many (if not most) who have this band in 40mm would be using the S/M piece and have no use for the M/L - and might consider selling it. In the meantime, I’ve been playing with different combos and so far I like this one the best:
