I have no idea what the average price is for these. While I would like one, just to "have it" but only at under $30. Which I doubt will ever happen.

Cheapest I’ve seen is $49. Average is usually around $100 whenever I look.

the 38mm ones can go for much lower than the 42 mm ones. There’s one 42mm on eBay now for 180+ but the guy offered 150 already since I added to my watch list Incase somebody wants to make an offer and try for a lower cost. I’ve seen it come for 40-50 bucks but rarely by someone who probably doesn’t realize the relative rarity of it.

that looks like sapphire blue IMO, esp in the darker pic. Initially did think it may have been electric but I would lean towards sapphire. I have one as well, beautiful color so I am biased a bit. 😁

Sapphire classic buckle is a dark blue, this band is firmly primary to my eyes, relative to the range of blue classic buckles. Apple’s misleading hero shot also has electric looking pretty Dern dark, no Laura.

Agree, sapphire is a more darker blue compared to Electric, but based on the darker picture Pitch posted, I was thinking Sapphire. Sapphire in bright light can also take on a much brighter blue hue. The comparison pics I’ve seen of the two have electric blue too bright for my preference. But you may be right, will stick with sapphire vs. electric on this one, not 100% sure.

well doing my own research, I think you Guys are right, it does look like Pitch’s band could be electric...its more on the saturated blue side compared to sapphire!

It's the Explorer face which is exclusive to the cellular models. I think the only face exclusive to the ceramic is its own California color.

Yes with the Silver SS it looks awesome. Can’t wait to see it on @[mention]Pitch [/mention]Ceramic and I’m sure it looks awesome with the darker casings too. I’m sure @[mention]twanj [/mention] can confirm that.

Still looking at navy/dark blue Sport bands.....while I like midnight blue, I wonder if it’s a smidge too dark. Which blue would be a shade lighter but still in the navy family?

Hold today a Apple Watch 2 42mm SS in my Hands and be surprised about how heavy this whatch is. I only wear Aluminium 2 and 4 in 42 or 44 mm.
SS Silver is nice But to heavy for sport...
for me.

I held off on this color and decided to just go for it and was pleasantly surprised! It is a gorgeous color and the orange sheen on top of the teal looks awesome!

I have one too and while I WANT to love it I have reservations. Maybe it doesn’t pop enough in my wild colors collection? Maybe with the gold watch it takes on an old man vibe? I’ll post my versions. I think it’s great, I just wish it wasn’t so dense, and the orange popped more. I am on the fence.

I can see what you mean by imagining it with the gold SS.
