I cringed reading this.

Guys, you don’t want to use magic erasers on your bands. Doing so ruins the protective coatings on the band, and slowly eats away at the flouro. It’s essentially rubbing your band with fine sandpaper.

Magic eraser was the only thing that was able to remove blu stains by my white and red apple watch sport band. Where water, soap, alcohol and bleach fails, magic eraser do it.

I’ve experimented with various things depending on the nature of the dirt/stains. The only band I have ever seen a ‘coating’ come off was Ocean Blue. Oddly, searching this thread I found that someone else had the same issue with the same colour.

I fully subscribe to the @toxtrepla dry rub-down philosophy after a day of wear, but for ingrained (i.e. other people’s) dirt, all bets are off.

LOL. Totally missed the first post man. PM me, but it was from overseas. They did not have a 38mm for sure, as I checked for a friend At the time.

Bit late to the party thanks to transatlantic post and the vagaries of UK Customs, but @toxtrepla has delivered!

Dark Teal went straight on the watch - absolutely love it!

Safe and Sound arrival!! Glad you love Dark Teal as much as I do. Give Pacific Green a run too... you’ll be super impressed by it ion the light!

Recently purchased these two Pink Sand sport bands. One with the rose gold pin (left) and one with the silver pin (right). However, I noticed a slight colour difference between the two bands. They’re both 44mm.
Anyone any idea if this colour difference is normal?

Left is simply used. Some of the lighter colors tend to “stain” over time. Not so much form sweat, but just UV exposure. You’ll see this on Many pink or lighter bands. They tend to darken with use. The color looks to be uniform as well. If you compare the extra unworn size strap (if you have it) you would find it matches the newer one on the right.

LIAR!!!!

Easy to spot that they are not authentic when Apple never made a red leather loop.

The brown one is also way too big. The little pellets are spaced too far apart.

You’re right! The one with the gold pin is discoloured. The unused M/L part still has the original colour matching the band with the silver pin.

BTW: I noticed there are two different box designs for the Pride 2019 band. Pictured underneath.

One is for individual sale, the other is for bundling with watches.
