No, he’s right. Try opening your AirPods with WiFi off, the bubble showing you battery info doesn’t pop up.
I still think it should at LEAST be a toggle somewhere in settings. “Disconnect from WiFi Networks” or “Disable all WiFi connections”
That bubble shows up for both my first gen airpods and my PBP with wifi turned off (properly from settings)...
What do we want? An infinite regression of long press menus in Control Center! When do we want it? Now!

I don’t think it needs the W1 chip to work at all. It’s just the sauce that makes it better than using ‘Pods with an A****** device?
Maybe it has nothing to do with Bluetooth devices and just keeps other ad-hoc things like tethering and AirDrop working?
even with WiFi on, my bubble only pops up half the time. What good is an ecosystem if nothing fully works together? Seriously, I have at least 2 problems a day between my devices. Messages don’t even sync between my iPad and phone. Notes launches but crashes after a few seconds on all devices now. Hasn’t been working since April, and that’s between updates & resets.

Woven Nylons always work on any case material it feels. The colors may clash, but it’s the texture that brings them back to that golden circle.
I always love to see these photos! Just makes me want to pick up a ceramic even more.

Indigo on SSG. On my silver aluminum, I never want to wear dark or neutral colors because they bore me to death, but on the SSG they really showcase the watch itself.
I’ll have a 44mm m/l only, waiting for it to come in. Selling to recoup some money spent on other bands.
So I posted a few threads back about this but you guys may not have seen it.
Whoever recommended for people to contact chargerstore a few pages ago to see what he has was very helpful. I messaged him about a week ago, asking him about a potential celestial teal 44mm sport band stock, and he said he had a used one in good condition with box. So he sold it to me and it is on its way, with both s/m and m/l parts. I have never purachaed from him before so prepared for the fairly long delivery time. He was good to send pics of the band, and charged a reasonable price with box included. Contacting him to see if he has other stock may be helpful.
Awesome! He’s really great to deal with and always ends up having “extra” stock that he tends to withhold for whatever reason. A lot of us have lucked out and got some unlisted stuff before. Always worth asking as you found out!

I'd say you lucked out for sure! I messaged him a week or so ago asking about the same band, but he didn't have any and said he'd let me know when/if he did. Guess that didn't happen. Pretty happy you got one, though! Please do enjoy it!
