Oh, that’s not so bad. I paid the equivalent of $49 for the bundle, which also included an Apple charging cable and charger, which is the most useful bit of it for me.
I’m pondering an S6 ceramic, if there is such a thing, but I too am thinking about an S2 as an alternative to get the Ceramic look.
I’ve moved away from my previous mindset, which treated the Watch like an iPhone, where you get a new one and trade in or sell the old one. Multiple watches for multiple looks/occasions - just like the traditional watch market I suppose.
Not sure I would even want to touch that one.
Too expensive. S2 Ceramics go for about $200-300, so they’re still sort of obtainable for me. Mayyyyyyybe I’ll grab a S6 this fall. Maybe.
I’m still on a 7+. Maybe I should upgrade my phone before the watch...

Why dont you set aside band funds to get yourself a newer watch?! I cant imagine collecting bands and having one of the first aluminum watches! You get at least 8 hours on that battery doe?

Well, I’m enjoying running through the “seasons” of watch bands, but I’m out of summer bands. So we kick off the massive lineup of Fall watch bands with Fall ‘19, and the Alaskan Blue loop.
I'm in FL like @jl.blass614 - none of my watch bands ever looked like that, but I also would clean them immediately if I was ever out in the muck. I almost wonder if the previous owner uses like wayyyyyyy toooo much lotion on their arms? Either way, 🤮
That seller also sold an iPad that looked like it had the same black grime along the edge. I really don't even want to know how. 🤢🤮

And yes, I still get well over 24 hours of battery. I put it on 9 hours ago and it’s at 76% right now.
Technically, there are a few 3-toned bands. Hyper Grape is actually “Black/Hyper Grape-Hyper Jade” as the text is printed in a different color. Desert Sand & Royal Pulse do this as well, but I’m not too sure on the official Nike names the text is printed in. Royal Pulse is pretty close to Volt, but it’s more of a pure yellow.

Starting tonight, I'm going 1st gen black only- the band that came with my watch. This will be an experiment to my laziness & obsession with changing bands. I will not be allowing myself to change bands until I get a new watch.

Only difference with sticking to one band is the temptation. I'm not on vacation right now, so all my bands are a mere drawer slide away. This may be hard...
