The one on the left, probably. It looks like Anthracite/Black. I think the color balance of the photo is making it look greener than it is. I’ve seen many black ones that look like that in photos. The one on the right, no. That’s not a Nike release color.

The one on the left could be real. Typically the fake ones that I see use a silver colored pin this one looks to be black, which is the way the Apple ones are made (assuming it is Celestial Teal) the holes do look a little off the more I look at it. See if they can send you pictures of the back of the bands... if it's authentic it will say Nike and the size of the bands.
I see it as Celestial Teal... It could also be Anthracite. Dang people that don't post good pictures.
It is crazy how many people post awful photos of black bands! I’ve seen black ones that because of lighting look blue, green, red, yellow(how!?) and pink. 🙃

Definitely anthracite and definitely real, has all the markings and probably came with the guy’s watch.
