The strap side has similar rub marks. Guess it's going back (unless he agrees to a partial refund for keeping it).
Looks to me like a great way to get a broken watch. Pick that thing up and the weight of the Watch sticking out the top will tip it forward.

Personally I like the colors on the 2018 Close Your Ring woven nylon more than the 2019 Close Your Ring sport loop, though I admit they’re hard to see on the WN with the watch in focus. Just don’t know where Apple got the yellow from for the sport loop. Doesn’t match the Close Your Ring colors para nada.

Got a brand new dark gray titanium edition for super cheap and my nice little box came in. Fits 40 bands which is a good amount, just need to put them all in there now!
In the line-up it’s the fourth strap.
