I went on a band hunt today and got some interesting (for me) stuff. Can you help me identify what blue I just got and confirm if the other one is lavender gray?
From left to right: Pure Platinum / Black, Blue (generation ?) Pine Green, Khaki, Lavender Gray (?), Nectarine, Pomegranate (I just can’t make this one look in the picture like IRL).

Definitely lavender gray. The blue looks like gen 1. What’s the model # on the back of the box?
That looks like papaya, not nectarine. I have both.
Weird. That’s the model number for G2, so I guess you have a G2!

I was going to say Blue G2 In any case, I think G1 is a deeper blue than the one in the pic. Saying that I wasn’t going with either Blue from the first photo; I initially was thinking more Azure or similar based on that, photo 2 is more definitive.
Yeah looking back it’s more B2 than B1. B2 is bright.
Yeah, bad lighting, but I’m almost sure (because of the box) that it is Nectarine. Here’s a shot (top) next to Vitamin C (bottom) which I think it’s the one closer to papaya.

And I think rarer. I suspect a lot of people were like me; bought Blue when it launched with the S0 and had no idea it was replaced by a totally different colour that was also called Blue only 6 months or so later.
Interesting 🤔. I didn’t care about bands three months ago and now I have a rare one. Could any of these also be considered rare?

Sorry, no; I don’t think any of those are especially rare.
To be honest I don’t know if Blue 2 is either, I just know that I bought Blue 1 when the Watch first came out and I didn’t know there was a Blue 2 until I came on here. When I went looking for it it was hard to find, but I was looking for certainty I was buying Blue 2 and there were a fair few Blue bands that I couldn’t tell were which generation.
LOL. I was going to post that it must be a case of “divided by a common language“ as when an American English speaker says left they seem to mean what a British English speaker would call top.
You guys, I'm conflicted. I have the chance to get this, new and sealed, from a private seller, for 149euros.

That’s a great price for on like new with no box, let alone NIB. I think it’s a stunner and will only look better as the watch slims down. It does match the Ti watch best, as does the black link with the SBTi the one time I tried it in store.You guys, I'm conflicted. It’s the real deal, and if it’s unopened it will be perfect. If you want one then you won’t be disappointed.
I bought mine new when they cost a lot more than the new price today. I don’t personally wear it a lot, but it’s one of my go-to options if I want something neutral and classy but not as formal as black leather.
Although it’s brushed it looks fine with the SS watch and when we couldn’t get those here in NZ I also wore it with an Alu Watch and that was fine too - it goes with any of the silver coloured models in other words, and as athousandbands says that’s a great price for a sealed box.
I,does pick up light scratches, but being stainless with jo coating they can be buffed out and back to the brushed finish.

My Chargerstore order arrived yesterday - bought this along with Lavender Grey. Also received a Pride 2017 from eBay at the same time - a good band day!

Yep. In 2016, Apple participated in a parade through San Francisco. Any employees who signed up to march in the parade got one of the 2016 Pride bands. Most of the employees were local to San Francisco (though I’m sure a small percentage flew in) which makes them very hard to find outside the US. On top of that, only a few thousand employees signed up (maybe 8000? I don’t think any numbers were ever released) so I was really grateful when one of the employees offer to give me one.I didn’t know there are two versions until now. It’s marked 42mm with the old box style. That’s first gen. It’s a richer black than the one your S4 came with.

Not exactly. The old watches came with the band already attached, so this is pulled from a retail shelf. Still has a black pin though. Back in 2015 Apple sold the black band with both black and silver pins, but I guess that got confusing having both next to each other on the shelf so they discontinued the silver pin version for the black pin version unless you bought a silver stainless watch with a black band.
