I purchased the purple pulse Nike sport loop, spruce aqua/vapor green Nike band and the ginger sport band.
Bought hubby the SG aluminum S6 44mm Watch with the product red Sport loop. This will be his 1st new Watch. He has always received my old models when I got a new one. So excited for him.😀

Decided to go with the Black Hermes sport band... kinda the epitome of the stupid band collector impulse purchase.
I mean... at least the Hermes orange looks a little different from other orange sport bands...

Foolishly went lucky green, the $11 fixer-upper that had some weird black soot on it when it came yesterday, thinking it would deliver “new” sport band colors...

Ordered the Deep Navy sport band with my blue 44mm Alu watch, and having slight regrets now. Do they allow you to just get the bands exchanged if you don't like the one you chose during the initial purchase? Or is a complete return of both watch and band needed?
Well then it looks like we have stellar taste!
So we all agree these are too weird to collect and practically useless for resell right?

I’m definitely skipping those.
I’m still not sure why the silicon version even exists. Looks way too similar to the sport band, which was already known for comfort. And even Apple admits the silicon will stretch out over time, making it less durable than the fluoroelastomer.
Does Apple not want to send the pin and holes the way of the home button and (eventually) the usb/lightning ports?
I ordered the Kumquat Sport Loop. I initially wanted to order the Pink Citrus sport band but decided against it since I still have the original Pink band that I got with my Series 0 Apple Watch. I decided against upgrading my Series 5 to Series 6 since I have the 44mm Stainless Steel Gold. Happy that after I loaded the GM of watchOS 7 I got the new watch faces. Bummer can’t have all watch faces released so far in my faces because you are restricted to 36 Watchfaces in “My Faces”

I think that people who collect them will avoid them, but those who don't might pick them up. I can see using them for workouts, but I would not spend 50 on them for that...I would pick one up for super cheap sometime in the future (if I can find the right size), but that's about it.
It seems the MPN for (PRODUCT)RED sport band has changed...fourth gen to match the new red watch? It’s now MYAV2AM/A. It looks to me like the other returning sport bands and Nike sport bands have kept the same MPN.
Apparently this was a misprint. Multiple Apple support reps have sworn up and down that the stainless Graphite watch is still DLC coated. They don’t know about the Milanese but I assume it’s the same coating. However they did say it is lighter than the space black coating which is now an Hermès exclusive.
Long story short, my SBSS Hermès Apple Watch Series 6 will arrive September 30-October 7.
