Happy Thanksgiving gift? lol
Yeah, it‘s crazy. Same for all colours in my size, though; except for the pink one. And I almost got that one, too, just out of frustration with the ETA of the green one ...
Happy Thanksgiving gift? lol
Not a new/unusual band but snagged a SB Milanese from Amazon after the event on Tuesday before they disappear for good. Getting its first wear today and daaaaaaang it’s slick looking. Breathes really nicely too. Just have to be careful not to scratch up my screen!

I wonder if anyone inside the company fought and lost the battle for solo loops to just not exist. Perhaps they were deemed criminally insane and confined to the banish box under the cupertino donut.I would love to know if anyone inside the company fought and lost the battle for a tool that used existing pin holes. Perhaps it was deemed too confusing and better to use a standalone system.

Maybe the Cupertino Donut is why we have these new endless loops - both are redolent of the continuous cycle of new watch bands that bring Apple so much money and us so much errr... 'joy'. Apple are trolling us.I wonder if anyone inside the company fought and lost the battle for solo loops to just not exist. After watching the videos, I caved and ordered the green Braided Loop. ETA is November 25th
P.S. The Graphite Stainless in that one video looked extremely slick. If I sold all my Watch bands that wouldn‘t go with it I could easily afford it, too![]()
No worries, you‘re not raining on my parade. I knew full well this is the “riskiest” band Apple makes (well...made) when I bought it. I plan to try it out for a few days and then decide. Definitely like the look but have heard it loosens throughout the day. I’ll have to see if that bothers me. As for taking it off, I plan to loosen the band enough to get my wrist out, attach the magnet back to the band at that point and then slide both lugs out from the watch at the same time like I do with the link bracelet to minimize the chance of the band flopping around uncontrolled. The things we do for our watches!Be more concerned about your SS finish. I owned a Space Black watch with Space Black Milanese Loop and the Loop scratched the bottom of the watch’s SS finish. When you remove the band or just have the band loose with the end flapping just be careful that the band and the watch’s surface or screen don’t touch, it will get scratched guaranteed! The DLC coating on the Milanese Loop against the DLC coating on the watch’s Space Black SS will definitely create scratches on the watch’s smooth surface vs the tiny links on the Milanese Loop. I think those bands look beautiful but I don’t own them because of that reason and also mine used to get loose throughout the day and also left marks on my wrist after a full day. I didn’t think it was that comfortable honestly. I’m a really careful person and take great care of my stuff but to have to be extra careful while taking off or putting on the watch to avoid scratching it and the lack of comfort and loosening throughout the day made that band no longer an option for me. Not trying to rain on your parade though! It does look great! Just be really careful with it! Lol
Please Show ist pictures from the Creme loopMy bands order this time.
Pretty excited...
(Yes, I got Bamboo Hermes Single Tour. Yes, I am crazy)

The color kind of reminds me of the Space Gray ceramic that was offered with the S3, but obviously more metallic since it is steel. Don’t hate it but still a bit sad to see the SBSS go. Would have been nice to have both as options. So it is glossy like Stainless Steel, but it is also clearly more gray rather than Space Black.

It’s not even fluoroelastomer. It’s literally a rubber band, and they’re charging just as much as the sport bands. They serve no purpose that isn’t already taken care of, look terrible, (imo, obviously) and coming in a million different sizes, they ruin any possible secondhand market. I don’t get how this got the green light for production.Hey man, we all know you’re not a big fan of the solo loops, but you don’t have to be Debbie downer and rain on the parade of people who are actually excited about the new bands. Heck, the bands are not even out yet! Why don’t you reserve judgment until after you’ve gotten a chance to try them out?
Same, I liked how it looked but getting the occasional arm hair pull was annoying enough that I put mine up for sale :/It's a good loop, I like it. My only complaint really is pulled arm hair.
Knowing it can scratch & being careful isn't too hard.
I love the SB Milanese, but the screen is not the only scratching concern. Be careful not to scratch up the back! The DLC can and will scratch the back crystal if you lay down the watch flat on top of the Milanese. Always either use the Apple Watch Pillow (with the charging puck in the vertical position) or completely remove the loop before charging when wearing the SB Milanese. Not a new/unusual band but snagged a SB Milanese from Amazon after the event on Tuesday before they disappear for good. You can get a Series 6 SBSS, you just have to buy one at the low price of $1399+ if you would like a Hermès 44mm.The color kind of reminds me of the Space Gray ceramic that was offered with the S3, but obviously more metallic since it is steel. Don’t hate it but still a bit sad to see the SBSS go. Would have been nice to have both as options.
Graphite in my opinion looks like somewhere between SS and SBSS (more SBSS), I think its very nice. I’m very much considering that one for the next Watch I buy.So it is glossy like Stainless Steel, but it is also clearly more gray rather than Space Black.
You are limited to 10 bands per calendar year at the EPP price.OK, now I've had TWO band orders cancelled with the message that "it exceeds the quantity limits per customer." What the heck is going on??! After my first order of three bands was cancelled, I placed three individual orders. Only one of those three shipped.
I'm a state govt. employee so I placed my order on that store to save $5. Is there a limit of one band? It doesn't say that anywhere...
