$44 great price! I didn't think they where going to except the $55 offer. Good for me that they did. I been looking for it for a while the $70 was the best price I found for it. I probably would have paid the $70 for it 🤣

You hate me!? Those are strong emotions because of a band lol to answer your question I found it on the bay and I overpaid but not triple digits which is absolutely ridiculous how some people on there charge 3x-4x retail.

The Band was from an eBay dealer who sold all sorts of used items. He only knew that the band fits an Apple Watch. But in terms of quality, I can't imagine a prototype when I think of the others from Charger, for example.
It just feels extremely cheap and inferior even if the look is just right.

did it have the made in china stamp on it... its possible it couldve been sun damaged... ive had a few OEM bands that have felt different but were 100% legit. no box right?

Might also check for a serial number on one of the lugs. Would not be a good thing if that band turns out to be fake. With the markings and the color matched lugs, that would be a VERY convincing fake.

Looks an awfully similar colour to the one pictured here (top left)... the brown I bought in Feb 2015 is also softer and stickier than others as you described yours on another page.

Remember the brown sport band I showed a while back that we (myself included) concluded was likely a fake, despite having all the markings?

I found the original taobao listing just now, and worked out a way to get the original picture from the listing rather than a useless 80x80 thumbnail. the listing was deleted by taobao not too long after I bought the product. I made this purchase in January 2016. All of the colours pictured were released either in Spring 2015 or Fall 2015, except for the brown... and, oh wait, what's that in the top corner?

Seems odd that of all the shades of purple in the world, this would seem so close to the Ultra Violet band released 18 months later? Now I'm not sure... did I actually stumble on some early factory prototypes back then?
