No bad pixels. I'd say the screen is a touch more yellow than my iPad 1, but it's not too bad. My HP touchpad is worse.

Mine is perfect, also. Thanks for posting the link. It's nice to know it's fine.

Have one spot of dead pixel, it's difficult to tell if it's a cluster or a single pixel. Other than that it's perfect. Good color temp and very little light bleed.

I went through a few iPad 2's due to light bleed. This one is far better. Don't know if this one would qualify for a swap.

After I took my screen protector off, the test shows I have a perfect screen.

There was a teeny weeny spec of dust under my otherwise perfect screen protector that looked EXACTLY like a dead pixel...

I absolutely am in love with my screen right now. I mean it is night and day from the iPad 2 screens from last year. Those were just AWFUL went through about 4 before getting a decent one.

This one on the other hand is just amazing it is warmer but very nice on the eyes (colors pop on this thing), it has no distracting backlight bleed and I can not find a single dead pixel or issue. I believe it's a Samsung and Apple has got it right this time.

Perfection

Unlike my iPad 2 that had the infamous light bleed, this third gen unit is absolutely perfect, no dead pixels. Took a little getting used to the change in warmth but very, very impressed.

Looks like the display QC has been significantly improved. Now just need more apps to catch up with the display's capabilities!:)

I have either a dead pixel or a speck of dust under my screen. Saw it earlier and this confirmed. Bah.

When I do the black screen test I see a speck of white pixel and it seems like it's twinkling/blinking but I'm not sure. Does anyone know if it's a dead pixel or a stuck pixel? And is there a way to fix it if its a stuck pixel?

Honestly when I look at the screen at a normal distance I cannot tell its there. But you can see it clearly when you look up close. Although I can't see it unless I really look for it, it's just the fact that I know that its there is what bugs me -__- I'll probably get over it/forget it in a week.

Another thought is these new screens are composed of millions of pixels and if I think about it, I think 99% of all new ipads will have at least 1 dead pixel if you look close enough at max brightness. Considering dead pixel is a common problem in LCD screens it's probably unrealistic to expect your screen to be completely flawless.
