What exactly would that do? Not sure what the combined function does and how it would be useful.
I have to put screenshots into Slack for things at work pretty regularly. Before it took multiple taps to copy it and then delete it, but now it's easier. (Or I would have saved it to Photos, uploaded to Slack, and later deleted it from Photos.) Certainly not a flagship feature, but I will find it handy once I consistently remember that it exists!

Hilarious that this is considered a new "feature". It's the most basic information that mobile phones have been displaying since the 1990s.

Equally hilarious that it's been software locked on some models. That is just.. incredible. Well done, Tim. Well done.

Ok, I gotta ask... Why are people so hung up on a numeric charge indicator? I mean, the little battery icon is probably good enough to estimate the nearest 10%, and it's not like discharge is anything like linear, so what different decisions do people make when they know it's actually at 42% rather than guessing it's 40%?

This has been such a thing, and I can't get my head around it. Most people I know ignore their analog car fuel gauge until the light comes on, but apparently knowing all the significant figures of their battery charge is critical...

Some nice small quality of life updates!

Now if they could add the an option where it connects you to a public Wi-Fi and you press cancel, it allows you to go back to cellular rattler then selecting another network or connect with no internet, iOS16 will be a winner!
It's really obtuse, but you can do this by swiping up on the home bar/pressing the home button.

Obviously, you don’t have OCD. 😀

Many people are "hung up" because they are in MR land and need something trivial to complain about year after year, even though a quick pull down shows the same. lol

I have to laugh as an iPhone mini + pre-M1 iPad Pro user... really starting to feel shafted with these releases. 🫥

Love the new Copy and Delete feature with screenshots.
I love the amount of thought put into handling screen shots in recent years. Seems like such a trivial thing but definitely time saver and reduces clutter in photo library.

Not sure if this is just par for the course or specific to Apple, but nice either way.
