If a company like Apple who make their own hardware and software can’t figure out a way to give all of their iPhones a battery percentage indicator in 2022 then they may as well just turn the lights out and go home. They are going out of their way to be really easy to hate in recent years. Shocking.

Anyone find anything else in this new beta? Just suggesting all the zillions of battery-percentage comments go with the zillion others in the dedicated Battery Percentage thread. I've never seen a tiny topic subsume and submerge so many threads--and so many of our minds!

Dedicated Battery % Thread. Go (even more) crazy!)

I'm hoping the waveform in the mini Music player goes away in future. And I'm hoping Perspective Zoom comes back and is just in for repairs.

Some nice small quality of life updates!

Now if they could add the an option where it connects you to a public Wi-Fi and you press cancel, it allows you to go back to cellular rattler then selecting another network or connect with no internet, iOS16 will be a winner!
This has been a thing since forever. Just swipe up as if you’re going to your Home Screen and the prompt will go away (cancel).

I'm looking forward to iOS 16 coming out, it's great reading about all the new settings and features.

The percentage being added is for those too lazy to put their finger in the upper left hand corner and swipe down?

Wow is what people consider over exertion today?

iOS16 is still pretty buggy. After updating yesterday I went to use my wireless CarPlay, which I could control in the car but it would only play via my iPhone speakers. Pretty weird!
I had my wired CarPlay turn the car screen totally black and just as quick it came back on.
