Just received a shipping confirmation of my black leather solid suit

Now THIS gives me a broader range of hope. You and I are on the same coast, I believe. I too ordered a black leather solid suit for my 6s Plus and also a blue leather solid suit as a gift. Keeping my fingers and eyes crossed :p

I was surprised to see the email. No tracking info accompanied it, but at least I know there is progress
 
Same here, email says shipped but no tracking. I think when I ordered a playproof from them last year it took about 7 days from shipping to delivery. I'm in MA, not sure where they are being shipped from.

I've yet to receive any notification as of this time but from what I gather so far, the East coast of the US is seeing activity. Seems as though Taiwan and the UK have already received their orders by what users have said.

Really? I didnt realize items were received. Have to look for reviews.

According to some of the backers on KickStarter, yes. There's been a few people who've stated having received their product(s).

The say they are trying to ship the leather by backer number... but region can also play into this...

I backed on the first day. We will see if that helps.. I have a 6S black, blue, and honeycomb

Same here. I think I was number 47 or something, by the counter on the site while it was keeping a running tally. Not sure if that has anything to do with it or not.
 
I got my honeycomb yesterday, took it off once and where the silicone meets the other plastic has come unglued.

Ugh, really? That is awful. The PlayProof had the same exact issue. I sure hope the other two cases don't suffer from the same design flaw but I'm not so sure how or if the materials are different in each.

I contacted them about this with the play proof. They sent out a new one due to this issue.

That's very unfortunate
 
I just received my tracking info. Case is in NJ, so I am hopeful that I should have it in the next 24-48 hours

I was told that no blue leather models have been shipped. If you have blue leather on your order, the entire order is on hold.

Man, that is a major bummer. Did you establish contact with Evolutive Labs, by any chance? I totally understand that unforeseen events may occur but this is sufficiently irksome.

Yes, I have been emailing back and forth. I have 3 cases on order and they want to have them all in stock to ship at the same time. I inquired about shipping them 1 by 1 as they are in stock and they said I would need to pay shipping for each item if they don't come together.

So basically my black leather order was skipped and my honeycomb hasn't shipped because of also ordering the blue.

While I can *partly* see the logic from their end, I find it largely asinine. If their emails and/or postings were not so misleading in that they were "ahead of schedule," that would be one thing. To request additional funds from you to ship order items as they become available is poor business conduct as well. Interestingly enough, I too emailed them earlier this morning just to see if they could provide an update but I'd imagine I will not be told any differently than you whenever I receive a response. Thank you for sharing this information here.

To continue the strange process, I received tracking info early Monday morning. As of right now...the shipping is still listed as pre shipment. To make it even more odd, the shipment email came to me 5 days ago.

Likely the last time I support Evolutive labs on Kickstarter.

I would be inclined to agree with your closing sentence. Exactly as ricktat shared, I received a reply from Evolutive Labs this morning, which mirrored the information already dispensed here. Needless to say, I was extremely direct and unyielding in my response back to them. Not that I expect it to go much of anywhere, but the manner in which all of this is being mishandled is unacceptable where I'm concerned. It's not even the fact that the product(s) have yet to be received, but rather customers being left entirely in the dark to wonder while they concoct such excuses. It takes but a matter of mere moments to communicate and there has been a severe lack of that on their behalf.

I agree....its rather disappointing. This has been a very lengthy process for really no reason. I do hope that the SS is a high quality case

For sure. It would be an absolute shame if the case suffers from the repeat offense of separating like the Playproof did and how some have reported the Honeycomb now does.

I still have the PP on my 6s plus right now, for lack of other options that I like. I don't dislike the newer version of the symmetry, but there isn't much else I like..sadly

I still think if the back Protection of the crash guard adhered to the antennae lines, it would be the perfect case/bumper.
 
Based on the shipping, I should have the black leather like solid suit tomorrow.

Once received, I will post up a review and some pics.
