I got my black leather for 6s and love it. The feel is great and the button is easier to press compared to playproof.
I do however find a lip a bit less than the playproof though, not sure if it is just me.
I've seen several comments about slippiness of the PlayProof and difficulty of power button, but I haven't experienced either one of these issues.
My PlayProof is a powdery matte finish that may be more slippy than some cases but definitely less so than the phone itself.
The power button is a cinch. Super easy to press without issue. Certainly MUCH easier to press than my Tech21 Evo Mess. The power button on that was/is awful.
Most were kickstarter backers. I was as well. I ended up not liking it and sold it on eBayHow are you guys getting it already? It says it ships mid, end of June. I ordered leather one on Saturday. Do you think they will ship it today?
Did you have a screen protector on? I'm wondering if the case saved it or the screen protector. So a follow up to my earlier thoughts - on the good side the solidsuit is still as protective as the playproof. I unintentionally tested it by dropping it from about 4 feet onto a solid rough concrete floor. It hit on the top corner, bounced and hit again center top and then landed face down. No damage at all to the phone, but unfortunately the softer outer material of the case doesn't hold up as well as the harder plastic of the playproof and now there's some good sized dents in my brand new case.
Kristin and Aaron certified lol. Here's the link the Aaron. I believe Kristen has already posted. He doesn't go into a great amount of detail because hes Already done that in a few other rhinoshield reviews.
Indeed! Both of these reviewers create excellent content with thorough and unbiased reviews. I subscribe to each of their channels and I love the variety in each.
Additionally, I am still awaiting a response from Evolutive Labs. In my prior correspondence, they stated being aware of quality defects in their current line of SolidSuits, so I am hoping that with what has yet to be released, such defects will not be prevalent.
Good to know. Please keep us updated on their response. I pre ordered the leather solid suit a couple weeks ago so I'm hoping for shipping soon.
Thanks! So nice to hear! I hope you get your case soon, and that it lives up to your expectationsIndeed! Both of these reviewers create excellent content with thorough and unbiased reviews. I subscribe to each of their channels and I love the variety in each.

I couldn't agree more.Meh. On their Kickstarter page, Evolutive Labs states the following:
"Hello Guys,
It seems like a very small portion of the people who received their SolidSuit are experiencing an issue with the quality of the outer layer. Please make sure to contact us by email (support@evolutivelabs.com) and provide pictures. If you could provide an explanation of how you think it may have happened, it would also help us greatly!
In the meantime, we are receiving more products this week and we will resume shipping of the rewards shortly. An update will come to tell you guys more about this.
Once again, if you have any question about the shipping, the tracking, or the product itself, please make sure to contact our support team (support@evolutivelabs.com) and they will do their best to help you asap!"
Unfortunately, they are not addressing the central issue here, rather minimizing it. In my experience, they do seem to be somewhat notorious for tip toeing around things. I can honestly say that after this is all said and done, I will no longer be finding myself supporting their company in any regard. I completely understand that there is always going to be unforeseen outcomes, but the way in which those outcomes are handled can either help or hinder. Much to my dismay, I've been met with the latter of the two. I'm certainly not trying to bash them and I do wish them a better company in the future than they are in the present.

While still waiting for my order to be shipped, I am seeing comments about the leather like finish of the SolidSuit peeling/wearing away after a few days of usage. Trying to find out if the units yet to be shipped are going to be free of this and/or other defects they've referenced. Has anyone that has been using this case come across anything like the above mentioned, or could you see that potentially happening? I'm very careful with my phone as it is and I REALLY want this product to shine. However, in seeing some of Evolutive Labs past mistakes being repeated, I am in the middle of optimism and skepticism.

I'm not sure what issues people have seen, I've been using mine continuously since I got it and no issues at all. I also don't understand what the issue is with their response, seems pretty reasonable to me? It just seems like you are complaining without ever having seen an actual problem yet, how can you complain about a product you haven't actually used yet?
