I hope you realize that these sellers are only making $5 per sale transaction right? Since you stated that it fits fine, then why are you going to ask for a refund or exchange? It's going to cost you $10 of your own money to go that path...both side lose money and the shipping company is the only one making money. Put yourself in his situation. Why don't you put it on eBay and I'm sure people are willing to pay for more than your cost. Think about it...

It fits fine, but theres NO protection for the screen. There should be a tiny lip to it but there isnt a lip on either side. If i put it down on the table its sitting directly on the phone. Thats why I want to get a replacement.

Waiting to see if the knockoffs out of China will offer the new design which now includes a rocker switch over the volume buttons.
Something I wanted on an Element case.
I'm guessing this new design improves cell reception and GPS too.

People here are complaining about the paint. Im complaining about the piece itself not being wide enough to offer the lip on the front and the back of the phone so it wont be sitting on the phone itself.

So do you research before you go trolling and making accusations at me. and NO it wasnt suppose to be designed WITHOUT a lip where the phone is jutting out.

Woah. The new design looks great. And its a pity about the gps signal strength.

And after some questions between me and jacky about the sudden price increase, he said there will be a discount 2day. Which actually means Two days later.

Shipping took about 15 days by Hong Kong Post Air Mail.
The finish was a flat satin silver that didn't match the more glossy, brushed pictured on the website ad. The seller offered a partial refund for the finish mismatch.

The three biggest issues that I would have with this copy are...
1. The quality and color of the finish. My Silver copy was too dull and flat and the Black Opps copies appear a little too glossy in the pictures posted.
Many of these sellers are using pictures of real Vapor Pros from the Element website but the finishes don't seem to match very well.
2. The shorter screws that may or may not strip out more easily over time.
3. The slightly sharp edge where the case meets the insert that you will feel every time that you pick up the phone.

If you are willing to live with these short comings in exchange for a much lower price, then I would recommend jacky lin as a seller. The transaction was very smooth. Shipping was right on time. And in my case the partial refund was fair and was resolved very quickly.

My girlfriend got her Pink/Silver Vapor Pro last week and I haven't had time to snap any pics, but I'll update this post with them later today!

Fitment it really good, considering all the people who said they had loose corners. Packaging was very professional and I couldn't tell them apart!!

This is good news since I ordered the same one (although I ordered Blue/Silver) yesterday. I was originally thinking about white but with most people (the sellers included) saying they aren't good quality I opted for that alternative.

I also just received my white Vapor 4 in the mail from Jackie Nie and will post pictures later.

They just stick on... there isn't really a lip for it to go under.

The Vapor Pro cases are designed to have a small gap all the way around so that they don't touch the antenna band and cause signal loss. The foam rubber pads are there to maintain that gap.

Just an FYI. most if not all bumper cases wrap around the front and the back of the phone to provide the lip so when you put it on a table, it sits on the case and not the phone itself.

just accidentally tested the drop protection with this case on from about 3ft on to a ceramic tile...phone is fine, no damage and only a small dent on the case where the initial impact occured, paint is mostly fine save for a small scratch...I'll tell you this though it sounded really bad when it smacked on that cold hard tile floor haha

Just received my 3 cases from Jacky Nie. Ordered on Oct 31, so it took about 2 weeks to arrive with the standard free shipping. Got the blue/black, the silver/black, and the blue/silver/black.
They all fit very tightly with no wiggle at all. Actually thought I was going to strip the screws tightening them so that the pieces met together the way they should.
Only 1 came with the correct screwdriver though. The other 2 had s 5 cent flat head one that did not work. Asked Jacky for the 2 correct ones, but it'll probably cost more to ship than what they are worth, so I am not worried about it.

My GPS is way off now. Can't use it at all as a navigation device. I guess I'll keep the screwdriver on my keyring so that in the rare occasion I am out and actually need a gps device, I can remove the case. Seems silly to have to resort to that, but it is what it is. Gave 2 of the cases to my boys, and now when I use "find my iPhone" to track their devices, they are a good 500 to 1000 yards off at least. I kind of knew that before ordering them anyway. For the price, they are fine. My cell phone signal lost 1 bar, but where I live, it isn't really an issue. Are they as good as the original Element vapor case I had last year???? Nope. But I didn't spend $79 on each one either.

I'll post pics when I take them.

Hi, do you have the 4 or 4s? Can you also let me know if you received the version of the case with the longer plastic insert? I have a 4 and fear my GPS will be affected.

Just got a white and a blackops in. Both are VERY loose. I don't know how they compare to the "real deal", but these are too loose for comfort. I'm worried they will scratch my phone if I use them due to sliding inside the case.
