Pretty plain, but I like it. It's a photograph I took of a one of my favourite bands when I saw them live.

It's in the newest MacWorld magazine. The "Ultimate Mac Tune-Up" article :).

Meh, with the time I gain from having instant access to my file, I can live with a few lost processor cycles. :p

Also, all my Finder windows open in new windows.
So much more control over the Finder that way.

Yes, I still use Finder as I did with OS8/9. Because that was the way it was designed to be used and the way it works best.
Throw stuff like exposé and the side bar in, and you're really talkin'.

It's been a while since I've posted one...

I only have a few folders, files on my desktop when I'm working on a little project otherwise I keep it clean. It go nuts if the Desktop is cluttered with folders/files/icons. I do spent a great deal of time cleaning and organizing my files for fast access and to minimize the clutter.

Same here, I spend alot of time organizing my music, movies, and documents within their respective folders. A messy computer drives me crazy! I only keep folders and docs on my desktop that I use often or that remind me of certain things.

Ahh, February. A little bit controversial, but oh well, its mine.

I just got my first Mac so don't yell at me when I ask you this. How do you take a screenshot of your desktop? I know it was the Prnt. Scn. button or something on the PC.

Thanks. (^_^)

Here is mine at the moment.

Desktop background is the default one that comes with Ubuntu linux; I don't have a link, wish I would've lol...I had to "cut" it from a screenshot I found. I couldn't find just the wallpaper image).

Icon set is called 'Pure' - got it from interfacelift.com
