Again a shocker ... I am extremely busy this week as our semester winds down - currently catching up on accounting but may start putting the games on my phone - bye bye super battery. (I know I can plug it in).
Didn't expect Japan to win but they do are a lot better than Saudi Arabia and always play very consistent games.

Yes, I meant their kit, "strip" seems to be used in Brit English in this context; anyway, I think that it - the French kit (or team strip) - is absolutely gorgeous, stylish and classy.

No, we get a full three day of mourning in honor of Costa Rica.
Belgium is clearly the better team, and vastly more experienced (if not outright over the hill, especially with regards to their defense). But you have to go out and play the game, and anything can happen out there.
Germany's going home, aren't they? Spain putting so many goals past Costa Rica makes that a near total lock at this point.

I agree, but seeing so far who has been winning, I mean, you got to speculate, who would ever have imagined Saudi winning against Argentina and japan winning against Germany? I am just keeping the box wide open in this year's WC, a lot of surprises.
If you are betting based on reasonable odds Belgium should al least put three past Canada.
But, heck, who knows, everything can happen.
Still even if Canada scores first seeing Belgium do a France-Australia on them seems more likely.
Canada is a darn good team. The class of Concacaf...though, considering the other three teams have managed a pair of points, that may not be saying much. I'm very much looking forward to this game.
Mexico brought something like 60,000+ fans to Qatar, and I like to root for fellow Concacaf nations, but stories like this make it hard. Unfortunately, this is as common as a USMNT disappointing performance. It happens all. the. time.

Unfortunately Canada just couldn't find the back of the net today against a below par Belgium. I think they should at least have got a draw out of this.
