First Alleged iPhone 8 Part Leaks Surface

Is it just me or is the rear part got a protruding bottom right edge? Like, a counter shim so that the protruding camera wont make the phone wobble on a flat surface anymore.

I got a 7+ last year so I will have to wait for the 8S.

I can imagine that portion of the screen being off during video. Seeing as its OLED it will blend right in.

Bah. Not a fan of the earpiece and front camera dipping down into the screen, although I'm happy Touch ID isn't on the back...

If the space on the sides is utilized for the clock and signal indicators that would free up the top of the main screen area, which I could see being nice.

I agree. I get that "no bezels" seems to be the ultimate pot of gold for phone companies right now, I've never cared that much about it, especially if it results in an ugly bump out like that.

If you use your eyes, you can clearly see it’s a mock with covered metal holes where the camera would be.

The entire bottom section of the display with be a persistent function row. Home button, plus adaptable controls.

You know that the bump on the black versions will be almost invisible due to the OLED screen. And when on it's probably just the top bar which sits on both sides of the bump out, which if they make the top bar black as an option would also blend in with the bump out.
