Smart move by Apple to change up the packaging. I'm mentally justifying the +$200 I spent for SS.
+$40 packaging
+$60 sapphire
+$100 steel casing
I really wish the box doubled as a charger too but that's okay; I'm sure I could easily do something with the box and make it charge my watch too.

Not true the stainless steel gets also the sapphire glass. The sport gets the Ion-X glass , which is very similar to the Gorilla Glass.
Yeah. Regretting my jump on what was available to get on 4/24. Namely the white sport. Should have swallowed pride and gotten the stainless as originally planned. Going to end up playing with this for a few weeks and upgrading when stock back.

Watch for a couple of days now but other than that, nothing. No Confirmation emails or shipping updates. There was one shipping change but this was quickly changed back to pending within minutes.
Surely Apple could have prepared the shipping and payments prior to 3 days before release... They have known about my order since the 10th of April.
If I pre-ordered on zero hour, I expect to have the product in my hand on release day. Why else would I wait around to pre-order on zero hour.
This is absolute crap. I mean seriously, I ordered a SG Sport exactly at zero hour and have had nothing but that crappy email. I understand i ordered the most popular model but this is ridiculous. Whats the point of pre-ordering.

so I have seen the sport packaging. I am not going to come back to the forums until tomorrow when I get mine. I do not want to see the SS packaging
