Are you serious? this is infuriating me. I mean I ordered this thing exactly on time so i could get it launch day. First launch day release that apple has failed me.

Yeah unfortunately. But how was i to know. I thought for sure the Aluminium one would be more popular than Space Grey.

To be honest, so did I. Wife got the space grey two minutes after my order and has to wait until May.
Hindsight is a wonderful thing. If i had known it would've given me an excuse to get the stainless.

I didn't order one on purpose. I've been an early adopter on most Apple products, but I'm sitting this one out. I don't doubt this product has a strong life ahead of it, but I'm just not honestly interested in generation 1. As I mentioned before I'll maybe pick up a Gen 1 used for cheap, or just wait for Gen 2 or 3.
All of which will be irrelevant in 2 years time when it won't Sync to iOS 11, by which point you will have essentially something worth the scrap weight of the steel and sapphire.

I dunno, I love my first gen iPhone. Still have it, it's my bathroom streaming music player. It was clear what was amazing about that phone. The watch is amazing, but for me it's not amazing in that "wow this will change everything" way that the original iPhone had.
Again, I'm looking forward to the future versions, they might bump my excitement level up a bit. For now, everyone can try it out, and in July or August once everyone has really used it for a few months we will get honest long term opinions. Can't wait for those.
TNT in Australia just informed me that they have lost my

White plastic cheap box, either a long one or a square one for a device that costs from $349 to over $1000
Now go and look at the packaging a proper watch comes in from a proper watch maker selling them in that price range.
