Hopefully iOS 13 bring full usb support for external drives using lighting ports as well.

I actually like this new trend where Apple drops support for devices BEFORE they start to struggle with the latest release.

I remember how horribly the iPhone 4 suffered on iOS 7 and later and definitely don't want a repeat of that. Apple should discontinue support with the device performing well on its last OS release.

Or give the option to downgrade. Some of us might want to take a performance hit because we need the upgrade for security/compatibility reasons.

That would mean people who prefer performance could downgrade and people who need the update can update.

Very tempting but initial betas of brand new OS’ just lead to problems. I’ve done it and always end up wiping the phone and getting rid of it. I think this year I’ll just wait for the official OS.

View attachment 840353 I predict with the stability maintained throughout iOS 12, and with the emphasis on speed, which to me, means stability as well, I assume iOS 13 ought to be quite stabile as well. I'm definitely running iOS 13 PB as soon as it is available. I was hoping for increased Haptic Touch but maybe that will come later like iOS 13.1.

Edit: I just read on the Apple website about iOS 13 and it says Peek into emails and press and hold on to apps to see contents. Will this enable 3D Touch like function for Haptic Touch?

Just seen this as well and was about to post, I was thinking the same thing. Looks like haptic touch will be able to do everything 3D Touch can do apart from the 'pop' as far as I can see?

No it isn’t. The 1st generation is listed at the bottom of the list.

It's a little confusing. I thought the 12.9" at the bottom was the new 12.9. But right above it is the 9.7. It didn't hit me it is in descending order of release.

what feature(s) were you expecting or needing ? I have 37 homekit devices and the scheduled functions work well for me - I am hoping for more stability as there are a few devices I have power cycle from time to time to bring back online.

I would love for motion sensors to be included in the turn-off automation flow. It's a pain now, you have to create two actions (motion detected and motion stoped).
