And.......your point is?

Never, ever forget a condom.

Well, if you are a religious person then it has a lot to do with morals as a lot of religions have some tenets regarding adultery, fornication, and having sex only with your marital partner. If that is part of his religion then more power to him for deciding to follow the practice of abstinence until marriage. You go, 7on! :)

Sex is not wrong between consenting adults.
Never, ever, ever forget a condom.

Perhaps a better way of putting it is, kids who are taught abstinence sex education have similar pregnancy rates as people taught to use birth control. So, while we respect your decision to abstain until marriage, you should recognise the potential that you might have a moment of weakness, and in that moment, you might be glad to have protection available.

And personally, if you're going to bring a condom, I recommend bringing several. With the chick I'm seeing now, we did it 3 times, our first night/morning. Hell, she always wants a round 2. Plus, if you're new together, you might mess up a condom, and need a spare.

Yes I'm well aware - but I have iron clad will power. You might find it hard to believe but I do. And this girl I'm seeing shares similar values (that I know of). Bringing a condom would more likely offend her if by some accident she discovered I carried one around. So no, I don't condemn people who have sex before marriage - it's just a moral/religious stance I take that I thought I'd point out at the first condom reference. If my aim was just to have sex I'd go and hire a prostitute.

Anyway 4th date tomorrow and I'll probably start talking about deeper matters like feelings and stuff.

Hey, I'm glad you have such good will power, but you might find that things are a little different now then they might be after being with her for a couple months, have fallen in love, and have made out a bunch. So please, at least at that stage, have the condoms on hand.

Err, and please don't equate people who have sex early on with prostitution. I know they might seem functionally similar to someone who's holding out until marriage, but believe me, there's a world of difference. I would never consider being with a prostitute. I relish chicks being into me, so the idea of having to pay someone is anathema.

i really want to be an escort

as far is being WITH a prostitute --- i don't see why you would pay for things that are so readily available for free.

also don't kid yourself ... it's not the act of having sex for money that's wrong, it's the soliciting of sex for money that's wrong. other wise all marriages would be illegal ;)

I agree. I suppose there are men out there who have to resort to it, but it's otherwise not very hard to find.

I think prostitution should be completely legal and regulated, even though I have no more interest in paying for it than I do aerosol cheese.

I'm a little curious why it is so difficult to respect another person's decision not to have sex until marriage.

If that's what they are doing, let them do it and leave them be, Obviously, you think differently on the matter of morals, so, whilst remaining polite as possible, you may not be the best canditate for advice as far as they are concerned.
