First iOS 8 Banner Appears at Moscone Ahead of WWDC

any chance you guys could also comment on the feel and smell of the texture? maybe a few photos from other angles as well?

People have different opinions on what to spend money on. I like a new iPhone every year, however, I only want to buy a new car once every 10. Some people buy a new car every 5 years and a new phone only once every 5. To each his own.

Not according to most(*) of the people posting here. According to them(*) iOS 7 runs as good if not better than iOS 6. So the question becomes if iOS 7 runs so great on the iPhone 4, why shouldn't iOS 8 be available?

(*) - I'm not one of those people

That's the sunlight coming through the water. You obviously haven't been outside.

look at the curves on that 8 ... a magnificent piece of wok ... lol

Pure Apple BS... :) ....I hate to say bad things about Apple, but seriously ths takes the cake...

They sure know how to bait their customers.... I wonder if MS would do the same thing, maybe not to a extravagant extent though.

If you look hard at the 8 -

it already contains the letters O, S and X.
They are being combined.
(Pardon my delusions.)
 
i think because iOS8 is not a big change that was last year with iOS7 they try to hide OSX. i truly think that 8 is made from the 2 watches dimensions (1.3" and 1.7") with the main wallpaper for both iwatch and iphone 6
 
They are installing the second banner now!! OSX here we come!!

I use the iPhone 4 too only because I've been waiting for 6 for what seems to be eternity+1! What is it like to carry the iPhone 4? Like a giant boulder chained around my neck!
 
The image appears to be from underwater, with sunlight shining down through the surface.

This might indicate that the focus of iOS 8 is 'under the hood' improvements, and not the major redesign we saw (of course) with iOS 7.
