Would it be a huge difference if the charging plug was there? Or wouldn't that just be the same?

The camera button, so far, does not have my attention. The main thing for me is they show it zooming as the default action. I only want to use the native zoom level on the lenses, the digital zoom (crop) can be done in post. I do however like how the processor is being made with AI in mind.

50-70% the size it would be appealing. Hope Apple work on something like that.

I have a drawer with lots of the apple chargers, swapped them all out for Anker Nano Chargers (30W). Smaller, more wattage, very compact. I don’t want a company to include a charger, better options exist. Now the sticker on the other hand 😥 bring back the multicolor apple…

Some companies actually include super fast chargers in the box, which work better for their phones than the majority of 3rd party chargers. For example, I received a 66w super fast charger (and a case) with my Honor V3 Magic V3 Global. For the money I spend on smartphones, I expect a high quality charger in the box. But of course Apple will sell you a charger today, since they don't include one in the box, which is actually worse for the environment than including one in the box in the first place. But, I digress...

Heh. The iPhone in the unboxing video looks almost exactly like my blue 12 Pro Max until you turn it on and see the Dynamic Island and start playing with the extra side button.

Anyhow, I decided to skip this generation and wait for the iPhone 17 Pro Max with the updated FaceTime and telephoto cameras and sensors, and hopefully smaller Dynamic Island.

I have had some Anker chargers die out of the blue. It seems like they are not quite as well built as the Apple ones.

I guess these Apple stickers are like pennies. They keep making them, so few people use them. I have lots since I saved them from every Apple product I bought and only used one.

Maybe if Apple stops making them entirely I’ll be glad I saved so many, especially the black one which I believe came with the MBP.

I’m more annoyed at the removal of the things inside the box. I can understand maybe not a charger at this point. But it was nice to get earbuds. Do they even still come with a cable?

You're not wrong, and it's trivial. But trivial things are sometimes what makes the difference in a premium experience. Same way a budget phone can do most of the same things essentially, but we prefer an iPhone for some nicer features or build quality etc.

Yep, would love to see everyone holding their wallets tight this year because there isn’t much to look out for at Apple.

It’s good to see that preorders have declined 27% related to preorders last year. This years updates feel indeed as a total ripp off. Hope the declining sales will awake Timmy and his shareholders.
