First iPhone 4S Deliveries Made to German Customers Ahead of Official Launch

Don't be sad. I'm also from Germany and I ordered mine on Friday the minute the online store was back again. Delivery is still processing. So unfortunately not all Germans are as lucky as the guy who took the photo... :(
 
I preordered three phones at 7:00 am on Friday morning and all three still say "preparing for shipment." I've tried looking up my reference on UPS and FedEx as well and nothing shows. I'm hoping I get my tracking info today.

Great for you guys, I have to wait for October 28th :( to start ordering :( time is slow. :apple: i love the benchmarks :D 4s is faster than Galaxy 2 :D LOL

Any rumors that the iPhone 5 was supposed to come out as well but was delayed to not be overshadowed by the dooming death of Steve Jobs...? I recently read his resignation letter again and it seems clear that at that time point it was probably made clear to him that the end is near. So sad!

People like their electronics to be 70% faster. People will enjoy Siri. People will enjoy the camera and stabilization. Where have you been?
 
I'm in Canada and mine still says "Processing Items" , not even "Prepared for Shipment". Anyone else? I ordered within an hour after pre-orders started.

As of this moment at least, Sprint.com still shows the 32 and 64 GB iPhone 4S in stock, ready to pre-order and ship for launch day.

I ordered mine in the last 12 hours and have a UPS Tracking Number and everything...

I ordered two iphone 4S phones around 5am PST, 1 32G black and the other a 16G white.

The 32G Black shows SHIPPED and is sitting in China (slated for delivery on Friday.

The 16G White still shows "preparing for shipment".

I'm guessing the memory/color choice slightly affects shipping schedules.

YMMV.

Same here, ordered from AT&T at 4am EST. Got a second email saying that it is preparing for shipment but when I look up my order on AT&T it still just says processing. Hopefully I get it right away as I am going on a cruise the beginning of next month and was looking forward to playing with it on the plane ride...
