Well the macbook is nice...it's the only real hardware update in six months. (MacPros with new chip do not count)

lol, the Macbook Pro is starting to look a little pitiful now given the processor specs of the new macbooks. WWDC can't come soon enough...

This so called MacBook update is piss in the ocean, MBP still has that good ole independent graphics processor, up to 3GB of RAM, larger screen, backlit keyboard, and up to 2.33GHz.

Store still down

Anyone still notice that eventhough all the specs for the Macbook are up and the press releases are out, the store is still down? I can't remember all that happening and having the store still be down a considerable time later. Maybe I'm just hoping, but maybe we'll see something else with this store update.

This is by far the worst update a Mac has ever been given after such a long wait. And what the hell is that about - Macbook family?! The MBP's have the same speed now as the MB. I hope they will update the MBP sooner rather than later.

I'll just keep waiting before making the switch. I'm not going to buy this macbook. It's too heavy and now old technology. The 13,3" laptops from other makers are almost all nicer than this one. The MPB is only 200g heavier than this thing.

Now we probably will have to wait untill Leopard is out before new macbook.
