For Females which one are you ordering 6 or 6 Plus

Why feed trolls?

I don't carry a purse when I walk the dog, go to the dog park, etc. Actually I keep my purse/wallet under my car seat. No reason to bring it into the house LOL

So putting the grab on a giant slab of a phone to do those things to put into my back pocket - I know I won't even be able to sit down. And forget winter coat pockets AND putting my hands in them. The 6+ is huge, and yes for Facebook, surfing, it would be great but I think it would be annoying in daily life unless in a bag.
I've gone to Best Buy, printed/made cardboard cutouts, and try as I might - this thing is crazy huge. I wish they made a Galaxy size with 5" - perfect IMO. The height of it is the killer for me.

Why, I wonder, are people getting the 6+ and praying vs. the 6 and going back to size up. Wouldn't sizing down be rather depressing? Going from a 6+ to a 6 if it didn't work? IDK

I want the 6+ to work but I just can't. And no one talks about the weight. The 6+ is 172g (6.02oz), the 6 is 129g (4.55oz). I have to consider that weight in my back pocket. And yes I'm pissed about it LOL

Battery life. Besides, my brother definitely wants the 6 Plus so if I don't like it, I can give it to him. To be honest, I'd probably stick to my 5s if the 6 Plus ends up being too big for me.

I am getting a 6 gold 64GB. The idea of a 6+ screen is nice, but unlike a lot of women, I carry my phone in my pockets, easy to access as its such a big part of my everyday life. I also have pretty small hands, and find it uncomfortable to use such a big phone. Also taking a lot of photos, it's pretty big to carry around for me. Like others, wish they had gone 5" and 5.5". The 5" would be perfect.

I question the better battery life for the + considering it has such a huge screen to power. It might end up more a wash or negligible. Which is why I think for me, I'm going to be patient.

In my perfect world I'd buy both right now and return one. I guess that wouldn't be cool though :( Tempting however.

I'm not gonna pick until I've held both in my hands, but the 6 will probably be plenty of phone, and the 6+ too much - especially since I like wristlets, tiny purses, and pockets. (And, of course, you also have to ask if it will fit in your bra if necessary. ;) )

I agree with those who think a 5 inch screen would have been perfect. Or at least a 5.5 with the darned bezels scaled down. Though for me...once we got to the 4 inch screen size with massive bezels, comfort flew out the window anyway. And I don't know that I would not still have chosen a 5.5 over a 5 if the battery situation were the same between those options as it is for the existing options.

While I want my iPhone as "wearable" as possible, I am looking forward to being able to go to events, video and snap photos as needed and not watch in anxiety as my battery drains down. My 5s does well but on a few occasions it just barely did. I think the 6 plus will give me a nice comfort zone.

Suffice it to say I'm willing to wear the 6 Plus wrapped in a turban on my head for any of the incremental benefits it promises over the 5s and the 6. Hell, I'd even possibly be willing to get some kind of purse thing for it and wear it like a canteen with the strap crossed over my chest when I'm outdoors. My husband thinks I can get it to fit my usual jeans and shorts pockets since I could fit the cardboard mockup in there. Of course I forgot to tell him that when I sat down the mockup bent in half!

Now as for stuffing it in a bra...hahaha I can't believe someone went there with that statement! Cold cold cold!

Edit to add: my husband placed our orders for the Space Gray 128 GB 6+ and according to AT&T we will get them in about three weeks. I'll come back and let you ladies (and gentlemen) know how I am getting by with it once I get it and figure things out.

was anyone set on the Plus and changed their minds? Or bought the Plus and find it too big and are exchanging?

Because I'm a female and girls like to have the same Lol

This woman buys what is right for me. If you love it and it works, terrific.

I bought a silver 6 128gb, I am delighted with. LOL at grumpy mom's post.

And no, I do not use or carry a purse. I cannot stand them.

Hi! i actually got the 6+ yesterday morning and exchanged it for the 6 last night lol~ the plus is a nice phone dont get me wrong but it was just too big for me! i also love putting cases on my phone but that makes the phone bigger, i also thought it was a little heavy! i liked it but i love the 6! i thought i wouldnt notice the difference from my 5s but i do~~ definitely go see the phones before you buy them! hope it works out for you! =)

Zetti - how do you carry it? And does it work for you in a back jeans pocket?

Haven't got it yet. It's still processing but it fits in my pants pocket and my bag which I use most of the time so it's not so bad for me as I've used my boyfriends 6 plus to test it out.

I got the 6, my mom is apparently getting the 6+.

I'm coming from a 4, and sure it is bigger - but it doesn't seem HUGE. I think being thinner helps. I was worried about the jump, I think i will be ok - but I don't think it will go in my front pocket of my work pants. I never put it in my back pocket.

Now I just need to find another case - I ordered the Spigen CC holding one, but I read some bad reviews that posted after I ordered. As much as I hate my Speck Candyshell on my 4 right now (the rubber edges are GONE), I might get another because I like the style of the case and the color.

That is another beef - what is up with all the pastel and pink/purple cases???

6+ 128GB space grey on order.

I have been desperate for a large screen iPhone for a couple of years so I was never going to get the 6. I'm only 5' 2 and small hands but I'll work with it. I do keep my phone in my back pocket but if I can no longer do that then I'll survive that too. Shouldn't really anyway as that resulted in my 5 having a severely bent chassis.

I've got 2 iPads that I barely touch because I do everything on my phone so a large screen is perfect for me.

Its not too big for me to use but to carry it around in a pocket is the problem. I don't always carry a purse so it makes it a hassle. I can type on it with one hand but I'm tall and have long boney fingers lol and it's VERY comfortable in landscape mode. The fact that I can't keep it in my pocket is a big problem though.

I went with the 6 plus Gold (128gb). It sticks out of my jean pocket and won't fit if I sit down. I'm hoping for a hip pouch but for now it goes inside my purse.
