I did and I just can't...... I tried and I do really like the 12 pro BUT, the battery life just isn't there. I have had it off the charger since about 7am today and is now 8PM I am at 48% and have very very little screen time on it and I have been at home working all day in WIFI, my 11PM would still be in the 70-80% range. Also with missing the screen real estate a tad doesn't help. I really want to like it but I just can't deal with having to be out all day in the field wondering how much battery I will have left. Also hate going through the return process and added fees, but such is life.

Got my 12 today upgraded from a xs max, love everything about the phone, only problem I’m having eyes are getting a bit sore and it’s hard to focus sometimes when looking at certain text on websites, people reckon give it a week for my eyes to adjust to the smaller screen.

remember when I went from my x to xs max took my eyes a few days to adjust to the new screen.

Anyone else having this issue?

really liking this size, don’t want to go back to a big phone
I can only say from personal experience that a number of years back (right around the time that I first started opting for max-sized iPhones) I was also noticing eye fatigue when reading small text (which the bigger phone helped with). Eventually I learned that I had astigmatism. I'm also getting older and my eyes are not what they used to be. So I got prescription eyeglasses. My vision fatigue went away and now the size of text on the screen is not so much an issue for me. I'm able to downsize to the 12 Pro without any eye fatigue.

What do you think? Do you miss the screen size? Is it just perfect? Is the form factor better? I know it just released but I’d like some gut reactions if possible.

Thanks!

I ain't getting' younger. I remind myself that every day and sometimes my body does too. My back muscles start hurting when I used to have my 11 Pro Max in my summer shorts this past summer. Small size = wiser choice since we men don't have the luxury of carrying purses. Unless we carry that thing and refer to it as a Satchel but come on who the heck we kidding it's a man purse. Also at night in bed I kept hitting myself in the eye with the phone when it kept slipping off my tired hands. Pro is Phablet territory and I won't go back there again ever.
