Hi,

The OP here. I should have made this poll for 4S users only. I was interested to see if the 4S users would upgrade, as IMO, the rumours for the iPhone 5 point to a lame upgrade. For 4 owners, it'll still be a decent upgrade.

For those who think the design of the rumoured 5 is completely different, get a grip, it's a long iPhone 4 with a possible metal back.

If the rumours are true, windows 8 is where the future lies for me.

I'd agree if they went Micro USB like every other phone marker the world over. I get fine speeds on HSPA+ in my home market, but down in NYC, it often doesn't work at all, even with 5 bars. Same for large events, or near large events.
 
Yes, since they Stretched it and will be LTE, I will upgrade/buy it.
 
there was no "Are you mad, it's a NEW iPhone, of course I'll be upgrading!!!!!' option, so I just selected Yes :)
 
if it truly is an elongated 4S, I'll probably be switching to the S3.

they'll never go micro usb. How will they sell their $20 proprietary cables then?
 
I've had a 4 since launch here in the UK, im ready to upgrade to the 5.

My iPhone 4's home button is worn out, and its very slow with iOS5 plus 95% of the 16GB storage taken.

I could get my 4 repaired, but that'll cost money I could put towards the 5.
 
I will be upgrading from an iPhone 4 to this new iPhone when it hopefully comes out in September. My contract ends on September 11th. :D
 
I'm a 4S user, and as someone already said, I a person that loves having the next best thing, especially with Apple BUT I will not be upgrading. I'll go to my nearest Apple store to play with it and hopefully that brings down my need/want of it.

I signed with AT&T to get a GS3, and miss my iPhone dearly. I'm fixing to get a 32GB 4S, since my 30 days are almost up. I'm sure I will find a way to get a 5 at some point, but my desire to want the newest thing will have to wait a bit.
 
I'll probably just stick with my 4S for the time being. I don't want to be locked into another two year contract since I recently went pre-paid with Straight Talk.

I did the same. Renewed my contract with AT&T for the S3. I was back on my iPhone 4 within a week.

I know the poll was intended for iPhone 4S users but the next iPhone will be a huge upgrade from my 2+ year old iPhone 4. Can't wait!
 
I'll be sticking with my 4s for another year until my 2 years is up. Just like I do with every other phone.

Keep returning phones within the 14 day windows until the 5 comes out haha
