Apple Customer Service Rocks!!!
I called Apple Customer Service yesterday and asked if I could get iLife '08 for the $10 special price even though i received my MBP on July 9.
I said that since it was within 30 days of the launch of iLife '08, I thought I might would ask.
The CSR had to talk to her manager about it...when she got back on the phone she said that I didn't qualify for that, but, she said, "I'm going to make your day, I will send it out to you free of charge."
They overnighted it and it is going to be delivered today by FedEx.
I asked to pay $10, and ended up paying nothing!
Apple, you have a customer for life!
